Description of Work: Had my house pressured washed. The result was wonderful. Had a bit of a problem with scheduling, but regardless of that I would hire this company again.

Description of Work: Pressured washed 5000 sq ft of concrete the way it should be done. They had the right equipment for the job, not just wands like most do, but also scrubbers which cleaned the area thoroughly. Already have them scheduled for next year.

Description of Work: I bought a deal and was very promptly contacted by the provider who advised his schedule was 6 weeks out. He scheduled my service and kindly said that if that didn't work for me, he would certainly understand. I cancelled the deal because I could not wait 6 weeks. I contacted Angies List to refund my deal and also contacted the provider to ask that if his input was needed for my refund, I would appreciate it. He called me to advise that he did not need to contact Angies but that I should contact Angies for the refund. I told the provider that his professionalism from setting up to canceling the service was top notch and that I would likely use him in the future when our calendars meshed a bit better.

Description of Work: Mark did an excellent job of washing a house that hadn't been maintained for quite some time. He tailored his work as we requested and I was very pleased with the result. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Scheduling did not workout with provider but provider experience is good, he called me and explained how early he can do the service but unfortunately dates did not worked out.

Description of Work: Provider was booked up for a month, I did not know this when I purchased the deal and I needed the work done sooner. Provider communicated very well and was upfront about his schedule.

Description of Work: 2300 sq feet of driveway and a little bit of cinder block. The pavement looked amazing after Mark was done.

Description of Work: Mark is one of the most diligent and professional service providers we have ever used. Our house looked better than new when he finished with it, and he did not quit until everything was perfect using his own high standards.

He made time to speak to me personally about what needed to be done before he began the job and again after the job was completed. Mark is very professional and wanted me to be happy with the work he had done.
