Description of Work: I purchased a "deal" to have my house pressure washed. I hoped to have services performed immediately following the purchase but they were booked out for at least a month so I took the first available spot. Little did I know there's a 30 day refund policy. Even if the provider doesn't show at the scheduled time you still don't get your money back!! The provider did call a little over an hour after he was to arrive at my house. After I took off work to be home it would have be nice to have received a timely call letting me know he was running late. They did off to come out another day but I couldn't take off more time from work in hopes they showed. | Make sure you have services performed within 30 days or you don't get your money back.

Response from Pro Pressure Cleaning & Concrete Restoration
It true that I dropped the ball and and didn't notify Mrs [Member name] that I was going to be an hour and a half late.....the appointment was set for 1pm. When I finished up the job I was at I realized what had happened and attempted to make contact with Mrs [Member name] about 2pm the same day to apologize and make sure If it would be ok to do the work that same day. I sent here a text message and left a voicemail with no response at all. She had sent me a message at 1:30 thru Angies List demanding a refund that same afternoon, and I didn't realize that until later on. I responded that she could get the refund from Angies List and not from me....service providers don't have that capability to give refunds for Big Deal purchases and that I could still do the work that day or would do it on any other day and time that she wished. Never heard from her again and no work was ever performed. She's entitled to a full refund and if Angies List refuses to do that (I'm not sure what their refund policy is exactly) I will peel the money off my wallet and mail it to her, and If that's the case she needs to initiate contact with me before I can make good on the refund. My phone # is 770-652-6344 I've never encountered a situation like this before and will take the necessary steps to prevent it going forward. Mark Norman

Description of Work: They did an amazing job! I've had my house pressure washed before and never had such great resuits. Even the outside of the house smelled clean. I no longer have to paint my white columns because they are so clean now. Thank you for doing such an incredible job!
