He did an excellent job. He is my kind of contractor...low maintenance. He returned my call promptly, he showed up on time for both the estimate and the job. His prices was extremely fair and his work was top notch. He knows his business and you can show him what areas need to be done and he does an excellent job. Mark also made.a couple of suggestions. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Mark met with me within a couple of days after I first called, and gave a very fair estimate. He came on the day he scheduled with me and did an outstanding job!! It looks so good I feel bad having waited this long to get it done. The plants/bushes near the house suffered NO damage or problems. I was very pleased with his on-time performance, his excellent work, and the fair price. I would use him again and will tell all the neighbors in my small neighborhood.

Set up via Angie's list Big Deal. I wanted a my patio and driveway done as well Mark contacted me within 24 hrs to set up the appointment. He was able to come out within the week. I gave him my number and we worked out the details for an appointment. He was a little late, but called about 10 mins before his appointment to let me know. Once he got here, we walked the house to confirm the work. We discussed how the gutters would come out and he was really helpful and honest about what I should expect when it came to the gutters. We also discussed the additional work - driveway, patio, walkway and porch and he quoted me $75. I left him there to get to work. He hooked into my water supply and about two hours later he let me know he was done. We looked at everything and it was still wet but looked fine. There were some rust spots still left on the driveway and patio, but he explained to me that those would not come up. Thanked him for his time and he was on his way. Mark was courteous, and quick and I appreciated his straightforwardness when it came to what the work would be. Unfortunately, once the work dried, there seemed to be quite a bit of staining that remained on all of the surfaces. It looked like it was residue that was begining to wash off, but dried where it was. There was noticable streaking on every surface. There was also a cracked bird's egg on my front porch that didn't come up very well. Additionally, it was trash day, so I wouldn't have minded, but he left the empty bleach containers in my trashbin after the truck had already passed. I called him up and texted him some pictures of the streaking. There was a little back and forth about the how the work was done, but to his credit he said he would come out as soon as he could. He came out about a week later while we were on vacation. By that time, it had rained twice and had cleared up most of what was left. He did a great job on what was remaining and really cleaned up the bird's egg well. All in all, it went ok. He was really responsive and did his best to do the work, and follow up afterward.

Mark came to the house a little earlier than expected. He gave a me a good price ($75) to add a part of the driveway, walk and front porch to his work list. The work on the house was great. With a new section of driveway poured two weeks ago, the 30-year old section of driveway near the roadway NOW looks great. The contrast between the new section of parking area and the old section of driveway is minimal. Looks like we can put off replacing that lower segment of drive...if Mark will come back next year.

I was desperate for a pressure wash before some last-minute guests arrived to my home. We've been needing to get to this for a while, so it was looking pretty bad. Mark was very kind to fit me into his busy schedule and quoted a very fair price for the last minute addition (He came out SAME DAY!!). I was blown away- I didn't think I'd be able to get it done in time. Mark was prompt in arriving, got started right away and even went above and beyond to wash off the top of my outdoor table after washing down the patio! I called Mark for an estimate on pressure washing my driveway and patio. came the next day and gave me a great price, so great i decided to have the whole house washed too. came home today and everything looks like new again! Mark did an excellent job for a great price and was very professional. will be using him again i'm sure and recommend him highly to anyone looking for this service. Great job!

I contacted Mark less than a week before a scheduled inspection to get a rental property pressure washed. He made room in his schedule on a Sunday morning to complete the work - very responsive.

Mark did a thorough job. It was a large job which took the better part of two days as Mark predicted.

Mark came out to the house on the morning that I called him to do an estimate. I was not at home but he spoke with my wife. He expressed some concern about the condition of the aluminum siding which gave me the impression that he took some time to evaluate the job thoroughly. I got some other estimates which all seemed high to me. Even his estimate of $450 seemed high although it was probably an industry standard . One outfit was charging almost $600 for the job and they didn't even come out to look at it. They were even going to charge me $7 just to make the trip. That just struck me as petty. I got another esitmate from one other outfit that was considerably lower but I chose to go with Mark because he took the time to look at the little details. We agreed that he would come out on a Tuesday to start the work. Since he was working alone he said he wouldn't finish until Wednesday. That is exactly the way it played out. Mark did a great job on both the house and driveway. I've never seen the house looking better. Mark did not disappoint me in any way and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Excellent experience.

Mark called promptly, visited the property and gave me a reasonable quote. The work was completed the following day. I was not home when the work was performed, but I arrived to a dirt and cobweb-free house. Everything was in order and most importantly, he made sure the gate was closed so my dog couldn't wander off. I was pleased.
