Pro Pressure Cleaning & Concrete Restoration

He showed up and cleaned the exterior of my house, mostly vinyl with a touch of brick. Slight delay in his arrival but he communicated it promptly. The only slight issue I have is there was some new stains on the siding, whether they were new or just apparent after the cleaning I am not sure but not significant. There was a slight film on our windows from the cleaning agent nothing a little window cleaner cant handle. House looks great as far as I am concerned and cleared the violation notice from my HOA. Overall is a steal of value getting a house cleaned for under $200 and in 2.5 hours. Mark was very responsive and answered all my questions. Would use again.

Mark pressure washed the house while I was out of town on business. All communication was over the phone and he was very responsive as I thought of other areas that needed his attention such as the wooden back steps, front porch and sidewalk. When he observed a problem with the paint peeling off the front porch, he offered his services to paint it. However, I decided to wait until I have the entire house painted in the spring. Mark did a very good job and I'm very happy with the outcome. I would recommend his services to others.

Our messages crossed and I expected him at ten, and was quite upset when he was a "no show". Didn't realize he had sent me a message the day before! Very professional and did a fantastic job. Hired him to return and do entire driveway and patio. Would recommend!

Mark was my savior. I contacted several companies to pressure wash my house that had rust stains. The companies could not remove the stains. I checked Angies's List and saw Mark had done work for someone with the same problem. I contacted him, he came by checked to see if he could remove them. He could. He did a GREAT job on the whole house, especially removal of the stains on the side as well as the rear of the house. It was a pleasure working with him. I will definitely use his service in the next two year for the house. I plan to use him in the Spring for my deck and driveway. Thanks Mark!!!!!

I needed to get this done quickly as my HOA had sent letters out to the community with a rather tight deadline. Mark was great! He responded quickly and was able to get out to my home and complete the pressure washing within two days of my purchasing the deal from Angie's List. The job looks great and he was even so helpful as to assist in moving some items off my front porch! Great service and I would definitely use Mark and Pro Pressure Cleaning again in the future!

My HOA gave me a tight deadline to have the siding on my house cleaned. I called Mark on a Tuesday and relayed to him what I needed done and he said he'd be out first thing the next day. Unfortunately we had a bunch of severe weather pop up on us, so it got pushed back to Wednesday. But still, a 2 day turnaround is amazing and the house looked great. A+

Fantastic service. I bought a coupon for pressure washing on a Tuesday afternoon, and he was out here the next morning. He did a great job. My wife said it was worth every penny and that it looks like our house just got freshly painted. Even the mildew on the outside of the gutters is gone. I'll definitely use again next time I need pressure washing.

I called Mark Norman with Pro Pressure to have him come out and give me an estimate on cleaning our front and back brick steps and our brick mailbox. He called me back that evening and we set a time for him to come over and look, which was 3 days later. He asked me if we were able to come to an agreement if he would be able to do it then because he would have his equipment with him and I said yes. He came this morning and looked at everything with us and also offered to clean the brick area around the front of the house in a small area that had mildew on it. We agreed and he started right away. He did an excellent job at a very good price and we will use him again in the spring to clean our new driveway. He came out and tested the wall to see if the job could be done the way I wanted, gave me a quote, and did a great job all in a timely manner and then offered to do any touch ups I thought I needed. Very personable and courteous person to work with. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Excellent experience. Mark was courteous, professional, prompt and did a VERY thorough job. I was shocked at how clean the house turned out. The deck looks brand new!!! I was contemplating re-painting or staining the deck as it was in a bad condition. I've never seen painted objects shine like i did after Mark was done. I'm a very skeptical buyer and always read reviews prior to pulling the trigger. Mark did an excellent job on the house. It looked ten times better after he finished. All of the mold was gone, the siding was crisp and clean, and even the brick on the house was cleaner.

Mark was able to get me scheduled quickly. He called me the night before to confirm appointment and time. He was able to get a very dirty deck completely clean. I didn't realize how dirty the exterior of my house was until Mark cleaned it - it looks great!

The pressure washing service was a gift for a family member. We called to set up the initial appointment and Mark called the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm. He showed up on time and did a quick walk through around the house with me and told me it would take approximately one hour for him to finish, which it did. He followed up after the house was completely dried to make sure there wasn't any residue on the house or any other problems. There was a bit of cleaning residue and he came back within a week to rewash it. He was friendly and profession and performed a satisfactory job. -JW

I called a few different companies from the list and Mark was the first I made phone contact with. He was very flexible with dates and was able to get out to the house promptly. The day he was scheduled to go out (Sunday), it rained and he still worked in the downpour. Because the rain was so heavy, he rescheduled to go out later in the week to finish the job, which was done well. He communicated promptly and provided updates along the way. The house had a lot of mildew on the side and after he finished, it looked great! Mark is easy to work with and committed to quality work. I would recommend!

I purchased this as an Angie's List deal. We scheduled the cleaning to be done while I was at work. Mark came as expected, called me before starting, and called me before leaving. Everything looks good- especially considering how the house looked beforehand (I'm not sure the last time it's been washed, I just moved in earlier this year). Mark gave me a quote to do my deck as well, so I'll be scheduling another appointment with him to have that done.

Mark was very professional. He came out to give us an estimate & was willing to perform the service that day but we weren't home to open the garage. He came back and pressure washed the house, garage, & driveway. He even came back out to make sure I was please with the work. I will definitely recommend Mark and use him again in the future.
