Mark did an excellent job. Very professional and proud of the quality of his work. A very reasonable price for quality and amount of work performed. Mark was a pleasure to work with and a service provider I will definitely use and recommend in the future! He was very flexible, and even adjusted our original appointment date and time to accommodate our schedule and complete the service earlier than originally planned. On the day of the appointment, he arrived earlier than expected and explained in detail the work he was going to complete. Mark also pressure washed an additional area for us, which was not a part of the original agreement. After completing all the work, he even followed up to confirm what had been done. I checked the list for companies that pressure wash homes and found Mark's company. He gave me a very reasonable quote once I gave him the size and type of home. We made an appointment for the following week, but the weather forecast was for freezing temps so I asked Mark to postpone. He readily agreed. When I was ready to have it done I called an he fit me right in. I met him at the property and was impressed with his equipment. He is very professional and communicates any issues well. He did the job in about two hours and the place looked great when he was finished. i will definitely use Mark and Pro Pressure Clean again.

The owner, Mark, was one of the best vendors I've had at my home. He is prompt, courteous and professional, and, most importantly, did a fantastic job making our house look brand new again. He showed up exactly on time (for both estimate and job day), made the house look fantastic, and cleaned up after himself when he left. He cleaned the exterior, with special attention paid to the white trim to make it look fantastic. Importantly, he even came back with some additional cleaning chemicals to address a rust stain on my front porch. That was really going the extra mile, showing that he cared about getting the job done right, not just performing the exact service he specified (which was just to use the pressure washer to clean the porch). I'd recommend him without hesitation.

Mark did a fabulous job power washing my home. He rearranged his schedule to get out to the house to get the job done so I could get it on the market. I am more than impressed with the job he did. All the mold and stains came off and the house sparkles now. I have recommended him to many friends and even my realtor plans on using him for any future jobs.

Mark did a really good job on the house. I had not done any pressure washing on the house since I have owned the house (5.5 years) and it looks as good as it was when I bought the house. I ordered a Angies list deal from him on morning of 2/3/15 and by that evening, I had Friday scheduled for the service. I would definitely would recommend him to anyone. The only knock I had was he showed up about 2 hours after the scheduled time. However, he did keep us informed by texting us about 30 minutes before hand to let us know.

Great experience, Could not have asked for a better experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and detailed orientated. Came back the next day to review the work and make sure everything was satisfactory. If you need pressure washing Mark is your guy. Mark takes pride in his work which is hard to find these days.

"Clean as a whistle"...that's about sums it up in a nutshell. Seriously, Mark spent the better part of 3 1/2 hours making my house look almost new again. We had the house vinyl sided and trimmed 3 years ago. We hadn't cleaned it since. For the most part, the vinyl siding (clay color) looked ok but the trim (white color) had mildewed terribly. The trim was around each window, along the roof line, and around the door frame. It was almost black in some places. The front concrete driveway, walkway, and stoop were filthy. The concrete back patio was approaching black in color as it is shaded most of the time. Mark applied a cleaning solution. He applied extra cleaning solution to the worst areas. After the cleaning solution was applied, he let it set for a few minutes, and then rinsed it off. He rinsed each area of the house several times. He was very meticulous in this process and the end result proves this. The price of his service is very reasonable and Mark is very personable. I would certainly use his services again and have no problem nominating him for a Page of Happiness inclusion.

I wanted my house power washed soon without much notice. I had purchased a power cleaning deal from another company that said it would be 2 weeks before they could come out. I advised Angie's List that this timeframe would not work for me. Angie's List contacted Pro Pressure Cleaning to see if they would honor the deal and they agreed to accept it. Angie's List gave me Pro Cleaning's telephone number to see if we could schedule an acceptable time. I spoke with Pro Cleaning on Friday & scheduled the work for Tuesday. Since it was raining on Tuesday, Mark called me to reschedule for Wednesday. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism, attention to detail (even moving my grills from next to the house to clean the house behind them). I even referred him to my daughter to power wash her house. I strongly recommend him.

Mr. Norman arrives early morning, per our agreed-upon time ! After him and I agree each other at the front door, of my home Mr. Norman asked if we could walk the property, so that he could see what needed to be done on the job! After walking the property and seeing what needs to be done, Mr. Norman had his plan for the job in place. He proceeded to arrange his equipment ,in the best manner to accomplish the work. He asked me if I had any questions for him, before he started. Which I did not because he covered them, when we initially were walking the property! I then asked Mr. Norman if he needed anything, just simply let me know sense I work from home, I would not be far. Mr. Norman began power washing my home, starting on one side and continuing all the way around! When Mr. Norman finished the job, I was extremely pleased so much so, because our home look like it had been totally renewed. The results were so impressive my next-door neighbor, asked Mr. Norman for business card and when did he think he could do their house, he returned a couple days later and performed the same extremely professional job, that he had did it my own!! My family as well is my next-door neighbors, would have no problem in the future recommending Mr. Norman to anyone . his work and professionalism speaks for him, we just wanted to try and amplify those facts wherever we could in this survey !
