Everything went exceptionally well. They arrived as scheduled and immediately started working. All of the workers were professional and made sure that each area was clean and tidy as they completed their work. I will definitely use them again

It went well. He showed up on the date he committed to, explained the process and duration of the job and cleaned up after himself. I am very pleased with the service provided.

Mark was very prompt in setting up an appointment after we found him on Angie's List, he let us know when he was coming, and he was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I think his price for pressure washing was very fair, and he was incredibly thorough and diligent even though I was the last appointment of the day and a thunderstorm was rolling in (but ended up passing over us). Due to the ominous clouds and late afternoon time, I know many contractors that would have pushed my appointment to the next day, but Mark still showed up as scheduled and stayed over two hours or so working hard until the job was complete. I appreciate that he explained the type of chemicals he was going to use ahead of time and then said to let him know if I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning or if any plants didn't look healthy after his work was complete. On the contrary, my (white!) house looks like a million bucks and my front and back red brick steps have never looked so good! I am calling him back to do our concrete driveway and sidewalk after we complete a home renovation project, and I look forward to him becoming our new "go-to guy" for house washings. Thank you!!!

I purchased an Angie's List "deal" for this vendor on May 12, 2015. The owner, Mark, got in touch via email immediately. Then we spoke on the phone the next day. He told me that his first available opening would be June 6th. That was fine with me. Mark called me the morning of the 6th to let me know when he'd be coming by. He arrived with some very professional looking equipment. He informed me that he'd be applying a cleaning solution that contained 10% chlorine ... and would water our plants and shrubs before and after the cleaning to protect them from the chlorine. Mark was very meticulous in cleaning the house. He was here 2 1/2 hours or so. The house hadn't been cleaned in 15 years and afterwards it looked great. The plants and shrubs were fine as well. I would recommend Mark without hesitation. He was definitely worth waiting for!

It went very well. Scheduled two weeks in advance and spoke with Mark on the morning of the scheduled date. I have an electric pressure washer but know its not as strong. He was able to complete in 4 hours what would have taken me 4 days. Mark even called my cell when complete since I could not be home and provided a summary, and recommended final touches when the house finishes drying off. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to others.

Mark (owner) made contact with me very shortly after placing the order for the service. He gave me a date of service and was there on time as scheduled. This house was really quite a mess, had not been washed in many years. I went to review his work upon completion and was very satisfied. Mark really did a nice job and equally important did a real good job communicating. I would not hesitate to call Mark again.

I'm amazed he could clean as effectively as he did without getting on a ladder. I have a 2 story house that is more like 3 stories in the back due to the slope and he cleaned everything well. He doesn't pull trash out of the gutters, but I hired him because our driveway needed some serious cleaning....and he has equipment that heats the water and properly cleans the driveway.

He was just starting when I left for a doctor appointment and finishing up when I returned. Everything was sparkling clean.

The provider called me promptly and informed me that he wouldn't be able to do the work until late June and I needed it done a little sooner. I have canceled the deal, but the provider was very prompt and professional.

He kept me well informed on the status of his arrival. Although he was running late, he ensured that he kept me up-to-date concerning when he will be arriving. Once he arrived, he briefly discussed what he would do and any assured me that although he would be using bleach, it would cause no damage to my grass/plants. He completed the task of cleaning the house. Afterwards, he provided me a rundown on any stains that existed that he had difficulty removing and any that could not be removed. He did such a GREAT job, I'll be scheduling him to do other tasks around my house.

Very pleased - Mark was able to schedule me in quickly. He did a great job on the house, including gutters and eaves. I like that Mark recognizes that this is part of the house and that clean siding doesn't matter a whole lot if the gutters are still dirty gray! (The last group I used - not through Angie's list - did not include the gutters. When I asked to "clean the gutters" , they cleaned out the gutters (even though I have no trees around the house) and informed me that the gutters were pretty clean. ) Mark also has a professional pressure washing rig on a trailer, so you know he means business. (Think of someone who has the van fully-equipped for carpet cleaning showing up to clean your carpets versus someone who shows up with a unit rented from the local grocery!)

They use PRO equipment that gets the job done! Really clean! Mark worked very hard and made sure the job was done right! Would recommend 100%

Mark is very busy but was able to squeeze us in. Even though his schedule is tight he went above what we requested and still only charged what he quoted. He cleaned everything on the porches including the ceilings and windows. We are very pleased with the job he did. I would recommend Mark to anyone. Very reasonable pricing as well.

IT went very well. He was very polite and professional. THe house came out great. He used a bleach-like solution on the house and then washed it again with fresh water. It seemed very effective. The only downside was it took longer than he had anticipated. Probably 2.5 to 3 hours for my two story house.
