It went smoothly. I did it remotely for the house I am renting out. Could not check quality myself, but there was no complaints from tenant or HOA, so I assume it was good.

They did a beautiful job! I had green mold in some areas and black mildew and my home looked incredible when they were done. The dirt and mold is gone and the siding looks white. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning the siding on the front porch....siding, ceiling and the porch itself. I would definitely use these guys again. I am very happy with my new clean home!

Mark is awesome to work with. He understood my time frame and did everything he could to work within my time frame. I was not home when the work was done. When I came home the only visible evidence that he had been there was my house was beautiful and very clean.

Job was performed well. A large and somewhat difficult area to be cleaned that had not been addressed for some time. Cleaning was through and areas look renewed. Job was completed in a few hours, on schedule and without incident. Originally chose their $149.00 special but the area I had to be cleaned was far too large for this to be fair. I asked the provider to stop by for a real estimate, which he did. He then returned as promised and performed the work. Will not hesitate to have this organization back in the future.

I bought a big deal for this service. I was not there, but I came home one day and my house was suddenly clean, so it went okay. The only complaint I would have with them is when I scheduled I gave them some scheduling dates online when I purchased the big deal. Then I never heard anything from them. Two months went by and then I came home one day and I thought my house looked different. Then I realized because they left a little card in my door that they had come. I never heard anything from the company. They had a lack of communication.

The overall experience was excellent. mark communicated well with us, arrived on time and worked until the job was completed. We asked for some additional work to be done and it was no problem even though it would put Mark under-the-gun to make his next appointment. We look forward to working with Mark again in the future. Mark Norman called prior to arrival, reminding me that I didn't need to be present if I needed to run errands. Upon arrival we walked around the house (two story, vinyl siding) to show him what work needed to be done. I showed him where the spigot was and went back into the house. When he was finished he knocked on the door. I walked the perimeter of the grounds to look things over. The house looked shiny and new again.

Owner called quickly after I paid, set up service date much sooner than I expected which was great. He and his worker were professional and even came in semi inclement weather! They did a wonderful job, house is extremely clean. Will definitely be using them again next year!

Mark worked me into his busy schedule, called like I asked him to 30 minutes before he got to the house, he was just going to pressure wash the house, but we talked about the concrete ares & he offered me a fair price so he did those too... You don't really realize until all of those areas have been cleaned just how dirty they were! Wish I would have taken a before & after picture... Everything looks so clean & fresh! ? I'm glad I called Pro Pressure Cleaning & I would absolutely have them come back again!

I'm a regular, annual customer of Mark's services. He is always punctual and does superb work at a very fair price. He always does what he says he'll do and communicates well. We used other pressure washing companies, but Mark beats them all by a wide margin.

I had a great experience with Mark Norman from my very first contact. He called me back the same day and managed my expectations in terms of process and timeframes. he then reached out to me to let me know when the work could be done. He then gave me a quote for what I had originally asked for but then gave me another quote to cover additional areas that I was thinking about but wasn't planning on doing. I felt the quote was reasonable and went ahead with the whole job. The end result was that the areas cleaned and pressure washed look better than at any time during my 13 years living in the house. I would highly recommend.

Mark responded very quickly when I purchased the Big Deal. We chose a date that worked for both of us for him to come and pressure wash my house. I walked around the house with him and showed him the couple of places that needed a little extra attention and he said he would take care of it. My deck furniture had turned green on the bottom and Mark got all of the green off and they are so nice and bright and clean. My deck and house look awesome. Mark is very polite and professional and I would recommend him very highly.

Everything was fine. The service was great, they did a very good job on the house, and follow up was very good. The price, quality of work, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were excellent.

The cleaning itself was great. The driveway looks brand new. So why the B rating on quality? Well the pressure washing blew a bunch of mulch into the neighbors driveway. When we asked to sweep it up he said he was not a broomer. While the cleaning of the driveway was great the final presentation (all the details) were not that great.

I found his business in the special offers section of Angie's List, and therefore received a great deal on pressure washing my house. Mark was very courteous and professional. He did a great job - my house was turning green from the mold - now it looks brand new!!. I highly recommend him.

Great communication and service. They initially scheduled the service for Saturday morning, but due to weather he had to postpone. He called Saturday morning and said he was willing to come Sunday. I accepted and he came about 10 AM Sunday morning. He explained what he was going to do and started working. It took about an hour. And he was off. Quick and easy. I would definitely use again.
