The provider was late arriving due to a tire issue that he had to have fixed, but called to let me know. The whole job took about 2 hours, which was reasonable. He moved everything that needed to be moved, but did not put them back, which was fine because everything was wet and needed to dry out a little bit first. Overall, he seemed to know how to clean things and had professional equipment.

I was contacted shortly after purchasing the deal to schedule service. He arrived on time, discussed the details with me, and got to work. Pro Pressure Cleaning did an excellent job. We had no idea how dirty the house was before until we saw how clean it is after. We will definitely be using Pro Pressure Cleaning from now on.

Beyond my expectations! It was easy to schedule! Weather caused a delay but I was notified and was rescheduled in a more than timely manner. The work itself is more than I expected: leaves were moved and the place looks brand new. I was impressed that I got a follow up call to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.

Owner was responsive and communicative. He was straightforward and thorough with an attention to detail. We had weather issues so the date and time were shifted accordingly, but he was flexible in spite of the rain.

Did not show up at scheduled time (around 1:30pm). I texted and he showed up at 3:15. Worst part did not apologize for being late. Was not friendly and did not provide cash discount as suggested. Work was fine but did not clean up after himself. Would not recommend.

Our siding and windows were getting very dirty. Pro Pressure Clean did a great job of removing all dirt and stains that had accumulated over the last year, and I thought they spent a good amount of time focusing on the job. They were able to come out roughly a week after purchasing the deal on Angie's List, though they did show up a day later than scheduled, and I was not informed of this until late in the day I was expecting them to initially arrive. Normally I would complain about this a bit more, but fortunately I work from home and in the end was not an inconvenience. Just wish the communication had been a little more prompt. Pro Pressure Clean made sure I was one of their first customers the following day. I will highly consider them again in the future for additional pressure washing needs (driveway/sidewalk, siding, deck, etc.).

House was clean. They did a good job. A few of the vinyl siding pieces were not put back in place, but that's minor. They did well.

He gave me his contact information and was very prompt in retuning text and phone calls. Because of the weather we had to reschedule but he was very flexible with my time and we were able to get it done in a few days. He did a great job and the house looks brand new! After purchasing the service, Mark reached out to me the next day, he confirmed the address as the primary location needing the power washing. We set a date and when I had to change, he worked with my schedule to arrange an alternate date. He kept in touch and returned my calls promptly. He arrived on time, with professional power washing equipment and the workmanship is excellent. I would recommend Mark to anyone needing to power wash.

He did a great job. I originally hired him to do just the house's exterior, using the Angie's List special. At my request, he looked at our deck and offered to do it for an additional $100. Our deck was incredibly dirty and covered in green stuff, so I was pleased with his offer. Also, the provider didn't do any high pressure sales tactics to get the deck added to the work. Our house hadn't been washed in at least 20 years, but the provider kept working until everything was clean. Our house has never looked so good, and the deck shouldn't need much more preparation before the painting it desperately needs. I'm completely satisfied and strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to clean up a house's outside.

They did a good job for the most part, but we did have a couple of minor issues. One was that some water leaked through our windows when they cleaned the sides of the house, and the other issue was that they had to come out twice to finish the job.

On day of service called to say he was running late. Arrived and assessed the size of the job. Said it would be another $50 above the cost of the deal which was understandable since I had a two story home. It was still a great deal. Took a few hours to complete the work. I asked about the powdery oxidation residue that remained on vinyl after cleaning. Was told that only a manual hand cleaning would remove it. Was disappointed at the time, but residue has dissipated since. Overall, did a good job, just realize that if your vinyl is several years old the oxidation residue may be more prominent after cleaning.

Mark is very nice and professional. I was going out for lunch when he arrived my house, and I asked him to help me to clean the small deck additionally. I was surprised while I came back home two or three hours later. My house and the small deck look like new ones. Thanks for his excellent job.

I purchased the offer and provider contacted me within 24 hrs to schedule the work. We had a few message exchanges and provider responded within a few hours of my message. We scheduled the service about 2 weeks out, and provider stayed in touch with me several times prior to date of service. I received a message the day before the work was scheduled, as well as the morning they were to come. Excellent communication through the process. The work was performed exactly as scheduled and they did a very nice job. I would most definitely use them again.

Mark Norman took my call and was very responsive to my need for immediate service. The weather has been rotten for the last week or two for this kind of service but when the date we had decided on dawned just as awful, Mark promised the next day rain or shine. He pressure washed the exterior of our house, removing the green that has built up on the siding through the summer months. It looks excellent and I would use his services again and recommend him to others.

Rescheduled several times. Finally showed up, did the minimum job and left. Knocked a couple of flashings off and left them. Did not clean the upper part of the chimney. Did not clean off the patio (I would happily have paid more). The house definitely looks better but did not deliver "A" service

bought a special ad deal... Mark called next day, introduced himself, and scheduled service right away... He called to remind us before coming out and arrived when he said he would. He inspected our home and got right to work... 2 hours or so later he was all done and the house looks so much better - amazing! 200$ and the 25 year old siding looks so much better. We had forgotten how great the doorway's look without all the crud! We highly recommend this service - and will use it again next time the house needs a good cleaning. THANK YOU MARK!!! Awesome job!
