Pro Pressure Cleaning & Concrete Restoration

Fantastic experience with Mark and Pro Pressure. Originally purchased a deal on Angie's List for $149 that would cover the entire exterior of the home (a really good deal considering what some other providers were quoting). The siding on the house was dingy and covered with streaks of dirt, debris, and mold thanks to the elements. Mark was able to schedule a time and date for the service to be performed really quickly, and even more convenient was that we didn't have to be home for everything to occur. On the date of the service, Mark reached out and said the he would be able to pressure wash the driveway, sidewalk and patio if we wanted to, at a cost of $75 more. I didn't feel like he wasn't trying to make an aggressive sales pitch or anything, but was just throwing that out there as an option should we want it. I figured that since we already got a deal on the house washing and because he was there and ready to go, I'll agree to those terms. I'm really glad I did. Mark finished within a couple of hours and then called to say everything was looking great. When I arrived home from work to detail the results, I was blown away. The house looked almost sparkling clean and all traces of residue were gone. Even the gutters looked new. The best part was definitely the drive and walkways: the concrete looked like it was freshly poured! Our driveway was sparkling white and even our teenage son noticed a difference (and he notices almost nothing new). Very pleased with the service and would recommend Mark and Pro Pressure to everyone.

He did a great job. I signed up for special on line and then asked for extra to be done on drive way and patio. The house and driveway look fantastic. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to use his company again.

He was 30 minutes late but that is no big deal to me. He was professional and courteous and did a great job pressure washing the back patio and steps which is what I hired him for....he asked about the front driveway and the stairs up to the house...and said he could get them way cleaner. He did a small area and showed me what he could do...all for an extra $100!! This seemed like a steal so I said yes!! And he did it all right then and there!! I was impressed with his ability to get it done for me!! My front driveway looks brand new!! I am one happy customer who would recommend Mark to anyone who needed pressure washing!!

Our house (approx. 6300 sq feet) - built in 2007 has never been pressure washed. We are getting ready to sell and decided this would be a good approach before painting. WOW - who knew concrete could be so dirty! Huge before and after difference. Walkways and driveways - marked improvement. Same with our brick steps and walls. Punctual, in touch immediately re: weather delays - did exactly what he said he would. Professional.

Mark did an amazing job pressure washing my house, driveway, & walkway. He took his time and covered every problem area very well. Dirt, grime, oil, mildew stains all gone. I was thoroughly impressed with the results and will absolutely use and recommend him in the future.

Mark did a fabulous job under very difficult conditions....it was about 28 degrees and snowing! But Mark did such a great job, the house was very dirty and it now looks like brand new construction! The driveway was grimy and filled with all manner of dirt, now it is bright and clean as is the walkway. We would hire Mark again no problem.

He promptly returned my initial call to set up a time to do the job. I had to reschedule due to work conflict and he was able to fit me in the day after my appointment. I told him I was preparing to put my house on the market and he helped guide me with the best timing to perform the work so that the house would look its best. His price was great and I would definitely encourage anyone to use him. I always worry when I have to have work done on my house that the job will not meet my expectations. With Pro Pressure I did not have to worry about that, everything looks great! The house practically gleams like it is brand new and it s 14! Not only that but the windows sparkle too! I contacted Mark after seeing his special on pressure washing. He was prompt and polite and scheduled me right away. He had to delay due to an emergency root canal, but he was in touch with me and maintained good communication. When he arrived, my car battery was dead so he offered to jump it so I could move it out of the way. He took his time and care not to damage anything and even gave me instructions to look for water under doorways or by the windows -- just in case. The finished product was great. He got all the mold/algae that was growing on the low part of the brick and the windows actually look clean. I can firmly say that this house hadn't been cleaned/pressure washed in over 20 years and it came out glowing.

Perfectly. Everything was taken care of in a few hours. Our house had several trouble spots thanks to the local bird population as well as some light mold. Mark was able to wash all of this away back in late May / early June (2015) and it looks as good today (December 2015) as it did right after the cleaning.

My house looks great again. Pro Pressure went beyond the call of duty! Will use again!

Provider never showed up or called on morning if scheduled service. Called provider and Mark said was having cell phone problems and would be by later. Called in the evening and said it's too late to start the job and he will be at my house first thing on the morning. Never showed up or called by noon. I called Angie's List Customer Service department and cancelled the service and requested a refund, which I did receive. . Mark called back the afternoon offering to do the job for free, but I rejected the offer. Customer service is very important to me and he failed in such .

In spite of heavy holiday bookings, Mark offered to get my cleaning done on Christmas Eve in time for our guests' arrival. He was courteous and did excellent work. I will definitely use him again and I highly recommend him for this service.

This service was beyond my expectations. Sometimes you get what you pay for but in this case I got way more. The house looks brand-new and nothing was damaged in the process. He also took the time to pressure wash the walkway leading to my home even though this was not part of the package. I was not home when the work was performed but as far as I can tell it was done quickly. Outstanding job. I will definitely use this company again.

Did a nice job, even got all the really high and really low spots well, even under the deck.

very good job. One of my concerns was washing the color out of my vinyl siding and also how would the shrubs and bushed around the house react to the cleaning chemicals. As it turned out neither was a problem. I was very happy with the work performed. I do recommend Pro Pressure Wash and will use them again in the future.

They provided an excellent service and were very responsive to communication and scheduling. I was very impressed with the results of my service and will definitely be using them in the future for other cleaning needs.
