+ -1 moreThey had to fix the alarm panel. They said it was probably hit by lightning, not covered in the warranty. So we had to shell out $100 more, in adding to the monthly monitoring cost. Beware, if anything goes wrong with your equipment, the first question they'll ask is if there were any storms. If they believe there has been a chance of lightning, it's not covered. Before that, there was a battery pack failure. The representative replaced it and it started doing the same thing. It took three times to get that one fixed.
Description of Work: Alarm panel replacement. Battery pack replacement.
