The service went very very well. The receptionist was easy to talk to and walk me through the scheduling process. The technician Brian called ahead to verify his arrival time. He was very professional and came in and was out in no time. Explain every detail that was performed. I would recommend Prime comfort to anyone.

Tech Bryan arrived at scheduled time and took the time to check out everything and gave us a written report. Nothing seemed awry at the moment, so great! He was absolutely professional, and I will hire him should something go wrong!! Recommend this company for sure!

Technician Brian did an excellent job. We bought this house few years ago and have no manual on the thermostat. We just manually set the thermostat to Cold or Heat mode. Brian helped to set to Auto mode. We do not need to adjust the mode in the future anymore. We really appreciate his help!

Top notch service and professionalism. Once I purchased my furnace tune-up, I was immediately contacted and set up an appointment. Barb in the office was great to work with and my technician Bryan was friendly, efficient, and informative. It is so hard to pick a company that is customer oriented and not just profit oriented. I am thankful for the reviews on Angie's List because I would recommend Prime Comfort to anyone, and I will continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs.

Bryan came out on short notice when my AC stopped working. He showed me the problem, evaporator coil, and checked with Carrier to see if it was still under warranty which it wasn't. He added coolant so that my AC was back working on a hot day in Sept. Bryan came back 3 days later and replaced the evaporator coil. He was on time and professional and courteous in his work despite my barking little dog.

Awesome company. Called early this morning and Bryan arrived about 90 minutes later. Very thorough, a quick fix, didn't try to BS me (which I really appreciate!).

It went great. Chuck, the salesman, was very thorough in his evaluation of the old system; he explained different options for new systems that we might consider, educating us on how each would perform. They were very professional throughout the process, very conscientious about wearing booties when coming into the house even though our house was, at that time, pretty much a construction site. All the technicians were pleasant and focused on doing good work. They took some pains to protect our lawn as they worked to extract all the old equipment from the crawl space. Our new system qualified for two rebates, one with Duke Power and one with Piedmont Natural Gas. They took care of filing our rebate claims for us and we quickly received both rebates, which totaled several hundred dollars. Prime Comfort gave us a complimentary two-year service agreement with our purchase, and provided us with the mechanical and electrical permits from the county, which will be helpful if we ever sell our house. We found their pricing to be slightly higher than other estimates we got, but we are very happy that we chose them for the work because we have been satisfied with them at every step and expect to continue to be happy with them for many years. They were also able to provide an economical payment plan which made the investment very affordable.

It went great-he really went above and beyond with checking everything and explaining it to me. We had to have a few repairs but Bryan explain what we should have done right away and what we could wait on.

A complete AC tune up was performed and the technician recommended that 2 parts be installed to keep the AC unit functioning properly. The technician explained everything in detail. He was polite and knowledgeable about the AC unit.

Called Prime Comfort based on a recommendation of a friend. Technician was very polite, courteous & knowledgeable. Had them service all three units for $69 each. It seems like they did a lot for $207. Informed us that the 1st floor unit was almost dry on Refrigerant, which indicates that there might be a bigger issue. Said it needed at least 10lbs of refrigerant. Waiting on getting that until we get a quote on a new system. He also filled 3lbs of refrigerant in the 2nd floor unit. I Thought the refrigerant was a little pricey (that is my only complaint). It was $174 for the first lb and $137 for any additional lb. - $448 later! We had refrigerant replaced last year and it was significantly cheaper. I asked why the price difference. He explained that larger companies have larger overhead and higher costs. Also informed me that the 3rd floor thermostat was not working so he replaced it with a new one. It was $189 including parts and labor. All in all I felt this company was very honest. Would have liked to not pay so much for refrigerant but it is what it is.

They were able to come out right away and I was pleasantly surprised at their service call price-- MUCH more affordable than the last company we used. The technician was right on time and very nice and professional. He conducted a thorough diagnosis and even took the time to show me exactly what the issue was and explain how everything works-- as a woman who knows nothing about A/C this was the best thing about the service in my opinion. He was able to fix it for a great price. Very impressed, will be recommending to all my friends and family!

Great! Bryan was super-nice, answered a few questions I had since the home is new to us, and was just generally pleasant and efficient. Scheduling was easy, got a call half an hour before he arrived so I was ready for him, exactly what you'd want.

The unit looked almost new by the time servicing was complete. I've cleaned it myself as well as hired other service providers and no one has ever done such a thorough job.

Everything went great. Bryan was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a thorough job and said our system was working well. He cleaned the outside unit so well, it almost looks new! I will definitely call them again for any HVAC service we need.

Extremely well. I reported the problem in the morning and by that afternoon we had a technician on site to look at the unit. He discovered a loose connection in the drain system. It was quickly repaired and Bryan ( the technician ) stayed long enough to make sure the repair was successful. Considering the time he put in, the cost was VERY reasonable. I have used Prime Comfort several times in the past and will definitely call them for any future HVAC needs.
