Everything went great. Bryan was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a thorough job and said our system was working well. He cleaned the outside unit so well, it almost looks new! I will definitely call them again for any HVAC service we need.

Chuck Pesta, Manager of Design and Development, came to our home within hours of our heating and A/C problem to discuss several options to fix our problem. We had been in our home over 15 years and needed to replace both systems. Chuck was very professional, never tried a hard sell with the equipment, and priced out 2 units to fit our home. He had his Operations Manager, Ken Leach, and his crew come out when it was convenient for us and the replaced both systems the same day. The entire group was very professional, easy to talk to, and made sure to show us what was installed and how to operate the system. I would highly recommend them.

Prime Comfort changed out my townhouse's HVAC system. From start to finish, Chuck was very professional and honest. He was very upfront on how I could save money and what I needed and didn't need. He didn't over sell and there was no pressure at all. The installation was painless, the crew was prompt, clean and professional as well. All questions were answered and install areas were clean when the crew left. Chuck, by name, was recommended by the area Lennox rep and he didn't not disappoint.

Ken was on-time and very professional and courteous. He checked all items that were mentioned on the deal, which was quite a bit and did not try to up-sell any unnecessary repairs. With the cost of typical HVAC services, I found this to be a great deal and honest company. Our A/C is pumping out colder air now as well.

Everything went very well. The repaired unit is running great and the new unit was installed quickly and heats the area better than the previous unit. Joe and his associates were very professional and they even checked a third heater that was not functioning, at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company and definitely plan to use them in the future.

We had family visiting from out of town for Thanksgiving and on their first night here, our furnace quit working. We called Prime Comfort and they came to our house 2 hours later. The service man was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issue we were having with a starter and fixed it quickly. The cost was minimal. After having been "taken" by another HVAC company, it was refreshing to have someone so honest help us out. We will definitely go with Prime Comfort the next time.

I thought it went very well. They were early, and I felt that they were honest. He took some pictures of areas I couldn't see myself and got me up and running quickly.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the technician. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me on something I did not need or use the "scare tactic" to get me to pay for unnecessary costs. He showed me what he felt was the probable problem, explained what he felt would be the of the cost and fixed the problem quickly. Becuase of his professionalism, at no time did I feel I was paying for unnecessary expenses. I will definitely use Temperature Pro in the future and have no problem recommending them to friends. After the call, I called other Heating/AC companies to compare pricing and found the Temperature Pro prices were competitve and even lower than others in regards to the yearly maintenance programs. I was very pleased with this experience.
