Mike Hege was the buyer agent for this home purchase. He was extremely responsive throughout the purchase and provided valuable local information about the South Park Area. We relocated from Pennsylvania and relied heavy on Mike to respond to items as they came up. He kept us informed at all times and did exactly what one would expect from a professional and responsible agent. Mike alwasys kept our interests in mind and ensured we were comfortable with the way the purchase was going. He made the purchase a good experience.

What was great about her was that she listened to what I wanted instead of telling me what I should have. She was very realistic in letting me know what I'd be able to find for what I wanted to spend. She also helped me get the best value for my money. When visiting various properties, there were questions that I didn't know I should ask and she was able to be engaged and use her experience to ask the right questions and make sure I look for certain things. She was definitely as asset to me as a buyer. She has a great personality and is easy to deal with. She's positive and optimistic.

He had worked out for as a little bit more professional. His appraisal was a little bit higher. It was little bit on line with what we had expected. He was very personable and took the time to get to know us and figure out what we needed. He was also willing to meet me on the weekends.

We couldn't be happier. Scott is the consummate professional: always polite, well spoken, timely, organized and well groomed. During the entire house-hunting process, we never once felt that he wasn't giving us his best. He always stayed in touch and kept us updated through emails, voice mail and the website. He was our advocate and champion every step of the way in trying negotiate a great deal on a great house. Built-in bookshelves somehow got left out of the final deal when we were going back and forth with the builders (we thought they were included, the builders didn't think they were) so to avert a potentially unpleasant experience, he payed for them out of his commission. That is how dedicated he is to his clients. Buying a home and moving can be very stressful but Scott's many years in Charlotte allow him to bring a wealth of knowledge, not just about the real estate market, but about everything related to the home (electricians, plumbers, pest control, radon inspectors, decorators, etc), that makes the experience as painless as possible.
