Prestige Chem-Dry

This went excellent. He showed up on time and explained the process and what he was going to do. He was very knowledgeable abiut the different types of carpet and how they should be cleaned. I am very pleased and will use them again.

They cleaned the carpets in my bonus room, upstairs hallway, my steps, and master bedroom. They also put something for protection. They did a very good job. I have used them two or three times before. It's a family run business. They are a good company with very nice people. It's a good experience to be with them. There is never any stress when dealing with them, which is unusual. They don't use any chemicals for their work. It's natural and eco-friendly carpet cleaning. They also do not soak our carpets. They make sure that they are not soaking our carpets at all. It's only damp, but they don't soak it like some people do. They are the only people I would use.

They did a good job. They gave good service. They were very professional. They explained everything. They made sure that everything was satisfactory to me. I would use them in the future.

It's a family run business and I like that. The first time I called them was for some stain issues and it was the mother that answered, she was very helpful. The price is competitive because we did call a couple of places before going with them. They seem like nice people and they always come when they are supposed to.

They came in and did the job and left. They took all the dirt out of the carpets. They did a good job. I will use them in the future.

It went very well, I was notified as promised when the technician was on his way. Justin was professional, pleasant, answered any questions I had and then got to work. A couple of hours later he was finished and the rugs and carpets look and feel great. I will definately use Prestige again in the future.

They did an oustanding job. The techs knew what they were doing and went right to work. They did a walk through with me to be sure they understood what I wanted done. These carpets are 19 years old, light color and they now look very good. The nylon nap is plush again. Justin arrived on time and gave a detailed description of what he would be doing after examiming the areas to be cleaned. He quickly got to work and finished on time per his estimate. Results were great. Previous home owned had cats and I have allergy to them. The difference was immediately noticeable, including the reduction of odor.

The results are fantastic! I My 8 year old cream berber looks almost brand new and its 8 years old! I have a significant amount of cream colored tile in the foyer, living room, hall, kitchen and bathrooms. The tile and grout (especially in the kitchen) showed the signs of its age. I've had the tile and grout cleaned professionally before and it was never satisfactory. Rick explained why the previous grout cleaning did not work and explained their restoring process. He said the tile would look brand new--and he was right!! I am extremely pleased with Rick's knowledge of the carpet and tile industry. I have found the company I plan to use for all my carpet and grout care!

I have been using Prestige Chem-Dry for years. I chose them based on the equipment/training described on the Chem-Dry website. They had the most current up-to-date equipment, and had Chem-Dry master certifications for performing work. This is a family-owned franchise, and they are all just wonderful. Carolyn provides pricing and scheduling and is always friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating in working with the homeowner's schedule. For 2010 cleaning, Justin arrived exactly when scheduled; performed a thorough job of cleaning/fluffing; work completed in about an hour. I have had upholstery cleaned by Rick. A wonderful job was performed. He was very concerned because he did not know the fiber content of the fabric, and was very cautious as the work was performed.

I was happy at the whole process from interaction on initial appt set up, confirmation call, to the actual cleaning of the carpet. Very professional and thorough job. I will use again.

Very good experience. Arrived on time and got right to work. Excellent job; most, but not all spots/stains removed, but the carpet is 20 years old. Very pleased and will call again.

Dale and his crew were fantastic to work with. They came out the day before Thanksgiving, when i needed emergency help. He called to let me know he was running a little behind, but on his way - much appreciated! They did a thorough job, very conscientious and respectful of our house. They did our stairs and 2 rooms in about an hour - the carpet looked great! Will absolutely call Dale in the future.

They were absolutely fantastic! Justin was very friendly, professional and knowledgable about the stains and how to treat them. We are thrilled with the results including the stain removal. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

I have been looking for a good carpet cleaning company for myself and my rental properties for two years. I had a good experience with the Chem-Dry process in the past in California and decided to give Prestige a try. This was a great experience! This family owned and operated company will give you personal attention, and was very responsive to my needs. They did an excellent job and the carpet was cleaner than ever before. It dried quickly and looked great. The price was very reasonable. I will only use this company for future jobs, and you should try them too. You will not be disappointed!

Carolyn returned my call in timely manner. She was friendly and informative. She called the day before the appointment and we clarified the address. The technicians arrived within the time frame and were informative as well and willing to test cushions first before doing the chairs and sofa. They took their time and did not seem to rush through the job, but did get finished in reasonable time. The technician adjusted my bill down to accommodate the actual job, WOW!

We were very interested in getting the pet stains out. So far they aren't reappearing. It did take more than overnight for the rugs to dry completely.

He was also consciousness of our walls while he was cleaning the carpets. Rick was also very thorough and detailed in cleaning/sealing the grout in our bathroom's floor. They were very good about spots that other carpet cleaners could not get out. I was pleased with this. They worked very well and were very attentive. They even made a follow up call after the work and delivered a can of spot treatment if I needed it. I would certainly call them again.

Everything went very well. Carolyn in the office could not have been easier to work with, setting up the time and answering all my questions. She even called the next day to make sure everything went OK. Ryan arrived within the time range specified and efficiently went to work. The work took about 2 hours. The carpets looked fantastic, and he was even able to get out some very old stains. I would definitely use Prestige again.

I callled Prestige (due to their high marks from "the list") and inquired as to price and date available to do the work. I asked about discounts but told there were none. I set up an appointment for July 5th between 1 - 3. Carolyn called me back the next day and said there was, in fact, a discount. Someone in the office was just covering calls for a few moments and wasn't aware of the discount policy...Carolyn called July 5th and told me there was a problem with the job prior to mine and asked me if 3:30 was acceptable. I assure her that was fine. Rick showed up prompty at 3:30 and spent a good amount of time doing a great job cleaning the carpet. My carpet is 15 years old, and the job Rick did, you would never know that it had that much age and wear on it. My wife was a litle hesitant about getting these carpets cleaned but was extremely pleased, as I was, when the job was completed. Prestige will be my first choice of carpet cleaners in the future, no doubt about it.

After a week of getting this house ready to rent, the last contractor to come in was the carpet and tile people. Because of unexpected problems, I had to call and reschedule this appointment 4 times. Carolyn was always very pleasant to work with we finally got it done. The carpets are in excellent condition but just needed cleaning. They did a great job and the carpet looks great. The tile is white with white grout and needed to be restored which was done. They look brand new! I am very happy with the results.

Good experience overall. The provider showed up between the time slots originally provided. He surveyed the areas and gave us the estimate. He was very courteous and professional. The van developed some trouble during cleaning possibly due to excessive temperature outside and the overall cleaning took longer becuase of that..but overall our experience was great and would use the company again.
