Description of Work: They cleaned all the carpets in our home. We have small children and a dog so we were worried about chemicals. Everything was odorless and not harmful. They were very professional and gave us a complimentary spot cleaner for maintenance. I will definitely use them going forward.

Description of Work: I had a rug that was dirty, stained and just in bad shape from being stored for a year. They picked up when the said, delivered when they said they would and moved furniture to lay it down. The carpet looks great, all stains are gone and it feels great to walk on barefoot.

They spent the extra time removing a pesky paint stain as well. They were punctual and very professional. The services performed were the cleaning, sanitizer, and protectant in all 5 rooms. They are extremely professional, very detail oriented, actually 'listen' to their customer's needs and expectations, to provide a superior service. Another thing I really like about this company is that Prestige Chem-Dry uses far less water on my carpet, so the dry time is much shorter, and the quality of the cleaning is superior to other techniques. Also, this is a family owned and operated company and everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and always make every effort to meet my specific expectations as well as accomodate my schedule. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and dependable carpet cleaning service!

Description of Work: They cleaned all of our carpets. I had a few stains that occurred later and he came within an hour and brought me some spot remover!

Description of Work: The service was excellent from the initial call to schedule, to the cleaning of the carpet itself. The person cleaning was very professional and the carpet looks great. We bought this home in 1993 and had never had the carpet cleaned prior to this cleaning. It is an off-white carpet! They got it looking so good I can't believe it. It's not perfect, but what can you expect after so many years of neglect? The cleaning WAY exceeded my expectations, and the pleasantness of the appointment-maker and carpet cleaner was an added bonus. Will definitely use them again...and not wait 18 years to do so... We had all of our upstairs carpets cleaned...four bedrooms and one small landing. Two of the bedrooms had been used by our sons from the ages of 1 and 2 to ages 19 and 20. Those two bedrooms had very dirty rugs prior to the cleaning...lots of stains...the upstairs landing was also very stained prior to the cleaning. The only stains they were not able to get out were the dark perimeter stains on the landing. The cleaner told me in advance of the cleaning that he would not be able to get those out, so I wasn't surprised.
