Couldn't ask for better experience from the initial call to the finished job.

It went great. The crew was a little late, I was told they'd be there at 9, but then was told they meant between 9 & 10. They were really up front with what they could do with some stains on both the carpet and the sectional. The carpet stains came out, and the red wine on the sectional was lightened considerably. The job was complete in about 3-4 hours.

They had reasonable prices and I would use them again.

I was very pleased. First, they had another job in south Charlotte, so were able to schedule me within a week! Carolyn called to confirm appointment day before, then called day of to let me know Justin was on his way. Great communication! Justin was extremely efficient and overall friendly and professional. He looked at the areas, confirmed the price quoted (which was a website special) and offered the protect ant (no pressure and not required in all rooms). He got right to work and was done in less than a couple of hours (not sure exactly how long as I was able to work on other things.) He also helped me keep tabs on my dog and cat a couple of times. This was the first time I've had someone in to clean carpets - but it worked out perfectly. Carpet looks great - a couple of stain spots gone and can't see the wear paths anymore. And I noticed all of the cat hair that was worked out and picked up in the final cleaning/vacuuming - that my cleaning had not picked up.

It went very well. This was a white carpet that had a lot dirt/stains. They got them all out. Rick and his colleague were friendly, respectful and wasted no time getting to work. I called the company in the morning, and they were able to fit me in the same day. The only caution is drying time. Rick said it would take 2-4 hours based on the rug type. t actually took closer to 8 hours to completely dry. But I was able to walk on the rug while it was still damp, so this was not a problem.

The cleaners arrived on time and were very professional. They did a thorough inspection for any stains before starting their work and explained that some may not come out. Almost all of the stains came out. The nice thing was that I could walk on my carpet immediately rather than waiting for it to dry as you would with a steam cleaning.

SHOWED UP ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT.

Their technician, Derrick, was very courteous and friendly. He did a beautiful job on all areas. Carpets look new although they are 10 years old. All but 2 stains were removed; he notified me of this. The stains were very bad so I was not surprised.

Derrick & Ryan arrived on the early side of the estimated time frame. Carolyn called ahead to notify me that they were on their way. Both young men were courteous and professional. Derrick answered all my questions and provided additional information and consumer tips. They were thorough and efficient. All carpets looked beautiful afterwards and the drying time was only a couple of hours. One of the bedrooms had many large and old stains and I thought I might need to have the carpet replaced. It now looks like it has brand new carpet! They did an excellent job.

They were scheduled to arrive at 1:00 but were running late due to an earlier job. They called to advise me of the delay - was no problem for me. Once Rich arrived he was very professional, sprayed my carpets for spot removal, cleaned all rooms, and left a bottle of spot remover. I was very pleased with the job and the carpets were dry within 2 hours.

Prestige was wonderful to work with. They scheduled me within a few days, called shortly before the scheduled arrival time to let me know that they were running about 15 minutes late to make sure this wasn't a problem, and were very pleasant. It is a family owned and operated business, but ran very professionally. I had been dreading having the carpets cleaned since I was sure some of the stains would not come out (pet stains, hot pink makeup spilled by my daughter) and that I would then have no choice but to replace the carpet. They got everything out except some stains from the previous owner's pet on the oldest, lowest quality carpet, and it all looks bright and virtually new. The price was extremely reasonable.

They were a little bit late, but very thorough. Extra time was given to some particularly soiled areas. We were thinking we would need to replace the carpet soon (14 years old), but it looks like new now. The cleaning was much cheaper than replacement and it looks great!

The two workers arrived on schedule and proceeded to do the work very professionally. They moved furniture as they needed to, and moved everything back as they found it. I especially appreciated the way they feathered the cleaning into rooms that weren't being cleaning that day. The team finished just as they said they would, and the carpets dried just as they said they would in about 2-3 hours. The quality of their method and work was excellent. We were anticipating that most spots would still be visible or maybe more so. The carpets had not been cleaned for 5 years. We live in the woods, and the arrival of a puppy 2 years ago left our light tan carpet looking very dingy. Prestige Chem-dry brought it back to life completely.

Very positive. They were on time and professional, cleaned thoroughly and quickly, and the carpet dried within the time specified.

They were on time. Had an overall good experience except that if I had known that they were using a truck mount instead of the hand system I was familiar with from past Chem-Dry I would have preferred that they park in back, come through garage, and up back stairs rather than through front door and up stairs that are all newly refinished heart of pine floors. So he moved his truck and charged me $25 extra for the time to set up again. They did work very diligently and carefully.

JOB 1: RICK AND CAROLYN WERE JUST GREAT. MY CARPETS LOOK LIKE NEW AND THEY WERE DRY IN UNDER 2 HOURS. WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM FOR FUTURE CLEANINGS. JOB 2: ALWAYS EXCELLENT WORK. MY CARPETS LOOK NEW AGAIN.

I WORKED WITH CAROLYN IN THE OFFICE TO SCHEDULE OUR CLEANING. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THEIR SERVICE AND THE PRICING OPTIONS. IN ADDITION, SHE CALLED ME 30 MINUTES BEFORE RICK WAS TO ARRIVE SO I COULD LEAVE WORK. RICK DID OUR CLEANING. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AND PRICING PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE WORK - THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CHEM DRY PROCESS, AND WITH PRESTIGE'S PROFESSIONALISM.

RICK AND HIS SON, JUSTIN, ARE GREAT. THEY MOVED MOST FURNITURE TO GET AS MUCH AREA AS POSSIBLE AND CAME BACK IMMEDIATELY WHEN I NOTICED A CORNER HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. I'VE USED PRESTIGE FOR MANY YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE FOR MANY MORE.

HIS NEW EQUIPMENT DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB AND ALLOWS THE CARPETS TO DRY EXCEPTIONALLY QUICK. CAROLYN WORKED WITH ME ON SCHEDULING. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT JOB.

I RESEARCHED CARPET CLEANING METHODS PRIOR TO HIRING THEM BECAUSE I HAVE SEVERE ALLERGIES AND ASTHMA BROUGHT ON BY MOLD AND DUST MITES. THEY ARE THE ONLY CARPET CLEANING CO. IN THE AREA TO OFFER THE POWERHEAD TECHNOLOGY WHICH IS ENDORSED BY THE CANADIAN ASTHMA & ALLERGY ASSOC. BECAUSE IT KILLS 97% OF MOLD AND DUSTMITES. THE METHOD ALSO DOESN'T SOAK THE CARPET PAD TO CAUSE MOLD ISSUES. CAROLYN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING ABOUT THE DETAILS OF THE POWERHEAD PROCESS. CAROLYN CALLED TO CONFIRM AND WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE; RICK WAS A LITTLE LATE BUT CALLED TO WARN ME. RICK WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH MOVING AND WORKING AROUND FURNITURE. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB! ALSO ENJOYED THE FACT THAT THERE WASN'T A VERY STRONG SMELL AFTERWARDS WHICH WAS GOOD FOR MY ASTHMA. WILL DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN!

EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING OUR CARPETS. RICK PREFERS TO MOVE THE FURNITURE HIMSELF SO HE KNOWS WHERE TO RETURN IT AFTER CLEANING THE CARPETS. ALSO GAVE ME SOME IDEAS ABOUT FLOOR COVERINGS SINCE WE PLAN TO BUY NEW CARPET IN THE NEAR FUTURE. CAROLYN WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH ON SCHEDULING AND CALLED TO TELL ME WHEN RICK WAS ON THE WAY EVEN THOUGH HE ARRIVED AT THE EXPECTED TIME.
