Prestige Chem-Dry

They sanitized the whole carpet because I have pets. This company was easy to make an appointment with; in fact, they set up a schedule right away. They did a great job and even lifted up some old spots. It still looks good; none of the spots came back and it has been about three weeks. Most carpet cleaners that I have used before leave the carpets very moist, but this company uses a special technique that does not get the padding wet and the carpet was dry in two and half hours. Other companies I have used have taken up to two days. This company also called the next day after the service to check up and make sure everything was okay.

They are so great! They always send very professional people, are prompt and wonderful to deal with. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

Prestige sent out Derek and Ryan to clean the carpets. They called us when they were on their way. Once they arrived, they went over what work needed to be done, gave suggestions, went over the quote and got down to work. They pre-treated certain areas of the carpet, cleaned them and protected them. They are diligent and mindful about furnishings and decor. Once finished, they had us check their work making sure we were pleased and we paid the invoice. We have used Prestige three times and highly recommend them. The guys that come out to clean are great!

We scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. He was running a bit behind schedule but called to let us know of the delay. After inspecting the situation he set up his equipment and got to work. The stains were tough and required not only the application of chemicals but also a lot of manual effort to work in the chemicals and remove the stains that were ingrained into the carpet fiber. He probably spent at least an hour doing this, and we were astonished at how well it came out. He also applied some type of protectant when he was finished. Our experience was very positive and we would definitely use them again.

I have had this company come out and clean my carpets several times for me. They came out quick when I called them and it was easy to set up an appointment. The carpets look great, they did a really good job and they left me a spot remover chemical in case I ever need to touch anything up.

They showed up right on time and he let me know right away not to expect silk from a sow's ear. He didn't say it like that, but I understood clearly that they would not be able to lift all the stains and that the carpets had "aged out" of cleaning and need replaced. He didn't try to sell the stain repellent - the carpets just aren't worth it. The result was about what I was told to expect, perhaps a little better. It'll do for now, until we get the time and money for total replacement.

I was amazed at some of the stuff they were able to clean up. I had spilled some wax in several places and they were able to remove that. I also have two cats and they were able to clean up the cat hair and messes that cats make. I was very pleased with the work.

Overall I read the reports on Angie's List and they had good reviews and favorable comments plus they had in advertising for pet stains.

Juston and his partner did a great job. From the time I called the company until I received a follow-up call to check on the service, everyone at Prestige was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Juston described in detail the process they were going to use and any potential problem areas (chair). I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly everything dried. I will definitely call them again.

AWESOME! Wow, I cannot believe how clean and new our ceramic tiles look in our bathrooms. Rick and Randy worked hard and left our carpets and tile clean and fresh smelling.

The work was terrific from the initial call to the completion. We are getting ready to move in to the home and wanted the carpets cleaned beforehand. Everything turned out terrific and they were quick to answer any questions that I had. Will certainly use when needed going forward.

Justin arrived within the time frame I was told. He came in and looked at what I wanted cleaned, asked if there were any concerns about the carpet (stains etc.), he looked at the furniture and checked to see if there was a cleaning code on the furniture. The chairs were water washable but the sectional was not. He explained what that meant and said he could test a small area to see how the material would do, but explained exactly what could happen if he used water on it and made sure I understood that it was a risk I would have to decide if I wanted to take. He quoted everything except the sectional and they got started. He cleaned the arm covers for the sectional first at my request then completed the other work. The arm covers looked fine, I decided to go ahead with cleaning and everything looks great! The carpet looks new and the sectional came out great. Justin and the other young man were very professional. I will definitely use them again.
