Excellent service! Guys were on-time, even called to let us know they were on their way. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it... Did not try to up-sell anything, delivered on what we asked and provided tips on maintaining areas we asked for help with! Will use them again and will be recommending to all friends and family in the area if asked about carpet cleaning!

Prestige Chem-Dry was punctual, professional, and communicative. They kept us well informed all along the way and were very courteous. I was hoping our carpets would have been cleaner when it was all said and done, but we believe that fact is in no way a reflection on these folks or their business/cleaning methods. Our carpets have just seen a lot of foot traffic without being cleaned (this home is a resale with original carpets). Justin and his helper did a great job cleaning and got out some real trouble spots in our carpet. The carpets dried in about 3 hours, with some of the more heavily worked areas - the aforementioned trouble spots - taking a little longer to dry. Overall dry time was still very reasonable and we were pleased with the cleaning we received. We would definitely use them again, as their service aligns with our idea of being careful with our environment and mindful of what we do in our home with our children running around. We also have allergies in our family and the Chem-Dry method seemed the most agreeable with our condition.

Over all it went great! They were on time, they called ahead and provided information about what they would be doing. Great job!!

They did a great job, very professional. Called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Answered all my questions and offered tips to spot cleaning. Their process is multi step and they did a great job of extracting the water. It was a very hot humid day but the carpet still was dry in about 3 hours. I like their process much better than the steamer type. We got a free bottle of stain spotter as an Angie's list customer which since we have a pet had to be used days after cleaning.

Carolyn, the owner of the company, responded immediately when I called to get information. She explained the services in detail as well as the pricing. She gave us an hour arrival window, between 9 and 10 am on a Saturday. She called to confirm the day before the service. Her son arrived at 10 am to perform the service. We offered to help him move the furniture, but he did it all himself. The carpets had never been professionally cleaned in 7 years, and we have a large dog. Prestige Chem Dry did a great job. The carpets look great and we paid exactly what we were quoted. Overall, we were very happy with our experience.

I had an excellent experience dealing with Prestige Chem-Dry from the intial call to the after the work follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied with the work. With my initial call, Carolyn (owner) was very informative and was able schedule a convenient appointment for me on short notice. It was a plus to find out it is locally owned and operated by her family. Rick arrived promptly on the day the work was scheduled, did the work in the time quoted, left everything clean,smelling fresh,&neat, and was great about answering other questions I had. He did an excellent job in cleaning the carpet and rug that were long overdue in needing to be cleaned. He even got some spots out I didn't think would come out. He did inform me he could have gotten the rug cleaner if it was done in a pit so the water could drain through it, but at this time and it being an older rug I was pleased with how clean he did get it. Carolyn called back a few days later to follow-up that we were satisfied. I told her yes, very much so, and would use them again for carpet cleaning and /or their other services. Great job done and nice people to work with.

Showed up on time, was efficient and effective. Also received a 30 minute notice of arrival from his office as well as a follow up phone call to ask about our satisfaction the following day. We'd recommend him!

The technicans arrived promptly and let me know after evaluating the rooms how long they would take. They moved and replaced furniture as necessary and left the rooms just as they found them - except with clean carpets. I appreciate their courteousness and professionalism, and will certainly use Prestige Chem Dry in the future.

They moved the furniture before cleaning the carpets. They came in, did the rugs and left. We have been using them probably for the last two years. When you call them they set the appointment. They are quick, very knowledgeable and very courteous. They are also very helpful.

Overall the service was excellent. Ryan did a great job cleaning the carpet in every room. He removed the small furniture in each room and pretreated all the high traffic areas. My carpet looks great! It really does look brand new.

They come when they say they will. Our carpet is some what older so where there were areas that needed extra attention they did a good job. We have a dog so that is why they brought us some spot remover, which saved me the trip of hunting for it. They do a great job of keeping up technically and have some part of their equipment each time they have come to do cleaning for us.

Overall, working with chem-dry was an excellent experience.

My mistake was scheduling a carpet cleaning the same morning that I had a flight a few hours later. I wanted to get the carpets cleaned as soon as possible since a new sectional couch was being delivered the following weekend. That was my fault for waiting too long to schedule the carpet cleaning. Prestige assured me that they could fit me in and gave me a one hour window for their arrival. It would be close but I could pull it off. Their two technicians didn't show up at my house until 5 minutes after the appointment window. I was not happy, obviously. I explained the situation to them and they told me they would do their best to finish before I had to leave. Their late arrival was the reason for scoring them low in Punctuality. I asked the techs not to clean the corner of the master bedroom where the cats' litter box is. Sometimes spilled litter gets set very deep in the fibers and any moisture activates the clumping action. Despite my warning, the techs thought that their vacuum had removed all the litter and so shampooed the area anyway. The result was gray, matted carpet from the wet litter that remained. To their credit, they came and told me what had happened and spent the next 15-20 minutes cleaning the stain with every cleaner they had available. The only problem was that by then I needed to leave to catch my flight. I had to call my fiancee so she could leave work, drive to the house, and lock up after they left. That was a major inconvenience which is why I gave a low mark in the Professionalism score. I called the Prestige office on the way to the airport to explain what had happened. They were extremely apologetic and offered to have someone come out and remove the stain at a time that would be most convenient for me, even if it was a weekend. Mistakes happen in business all the time. What mattered most to me is that they were willing to accept responsibility and make the situation right. When I returned from my trip a couple days later the carpet still looked awful. However, they had left a free bottle of their carpet cleaning solution, so I went over the stain several times on my own. I think allowing the carpet to dry in between cleanings helped because the stain came out entirely. There might still be a slight hint of what happened, but if you didn't know that you would never notice. I'm very meticulous and it was cleaned to my satisfaction. I called the office to let them know and they were relieved. Overall there were some problems with the carpet cleaning experience, but Prestige Chem-Dry did everything they could to correct the situation. I really appreciated their excellent customer service. The rest of the carpets looked wonderful, so I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job. They knew what they were talking about and they were honest and professional too. They were courteous and I like the product that they used.

They are the only people I would ever use and this particular franchise was the absolute best. A father and son run the business and they are responsive and the quality of the work is wonderful. I have used them several times and they always remember me and give me a fair price. I have a very expensive sofa and we are on a budget and they are the only ones I would trust with cleaning it because they do such a great job. The other good thing is that they send me a reminder notice.

Wonderful job! The rugs and chair look brand new! I will use this company again.

Prestige Chem-Dry did an okay job. The crew showed up on time, did the job and left. They actually broke off one of the door stoppers and just left it on the floor. I looked over the work when they were finished it didn't even look like they had cleaned the stairs, but overall it was okay. Everyone who came out was very nice. We did the follow up and she offered to touch up the stairs and replace the door stop.She was very nice, professional, and wanted to do whatever possible to retain our business and make us happy.

The technicians arrived right on time, did a fantastic job getting the carpets very clean, and were very helpful with moving area rugs, furniture, etc.

It went well. They were very helpful with moving heavy items, and even came back a few days later to move things back.

Don't want to get the tech in trouble with his boss but as he came down the stairs he cleaned them as well. I didn't ask for this but he did it, to me, this shows pride in workmanship and a willingness to go the extra mile for my business. And guys, you got my future business. Thank You

It is a family run business. The person that answered the phone gave a quote according to the size of the rugs and the actual price was under the quote. They came on time and did a good job. He explained what he was doing as he did it and gave us options on the cleaning.
