Second time working with Chris and Eduardo. The first time was 3 years ago when he was working for a different company when I hired him to encapsulate a crawl space in a home that I recently moved into. Chris designed a great system and I had zero issues with the system or any moisture issues in my crawlspace thereafter. I since moved into a different home in the area and reached out to Chris once again to have him access my crawlspace and propose a system to address some of the moisture issues that were present. Once again, top quality work and my crawlspace humidity is well under control now. Chris is honest and will not try to oversell you. He'll listen to your needs, do a thorough assessment and design a solution that is optimal for your home and conditions. Highly recommend!!

Chris, Eduardo and C. are very personable, you can ask any question about the job and they will take time out to explain the procedure to you. Even after the job was completed they came back to do an amendment which made me very satisfied.

Chris, Eduardo and Carlos are all very knowledgeable and experienced in home basement waterproofing and drainage. They are also excellent communicators. Customer service was excellent throughout the course of the project . They provided a schedule for work and stuck to it. And Even with current torrential rains in this area my basement remains dry and cozy. Also, Their work has enabled me to avoid any mold problems that could have resulted from a wet basement. It was a pleasure doing business with these pros and fine people.
