Description of Work: They did a great job of installing a smart TV and making adjustments to the other components a year ago. We had talked about a universal remote but decided not to go with it at that time. I called this past spring to discuss. Left my name and phone number and never heard back

MR. OCONNOR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE WORK TO BE DONE. HAS ALL UP TO DATE EQUIPMENT. CAME VERY PREPARED.
Description of Work: MY DIRECT TV DISH HAD BEEN RELOCATED BY ANOTHER FIRM BUT COULD NOT GET US A PICTURE. PUT A FLAT ROCK UNDER THE DISH SO WIRING COULD BE AESTHETICALLY HIDDEN.

WE BOUGHT A TV AND VCR FROM THEM. THE VCR DID NOT WORK, HOWEVER THEY TRIED TO REPAIR IT BUT AFTER THEIR EFFORTS THEY JUST GAVE US A NEW ONE INSTEAD.. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN BECAUSE I HAVE A LOT OF TRUST IN THEM.
