PRECISION CLIMATE

Rick and team came out to look at noise of one of the compressor units. He was courteous and expedient. He looked at the unit and tweaked it so the noise went away. Since these units had given me issues in the past and he had maintained them he performed the work without charge. Fantastic service from Precision Climate.

Our General Contractor (Tim Freshour of West Lake Builders, Lincolnton, NC) hired Precision to install two (2) Heat Pumps and (2) Air Handlers. The completion of our modular home was seriously behind schedule and Tim gave them very little notice. They came early on Saturday and finished on Sunday. Unlike our GC, they were professional, friendly and very competent. They put the units where we wanted them and explained how they worked (we never had a heat pump before). When we finally moved in, there was a problem with the wiring on the second floor heat pump. We called Dave at Precision and he came out immediately, found the problem and fixed it. We would gladly hire Precision Heat and AC again.

I am singularly impressed with Precision Climate. My system had many issues and required many visits to get it fixed. Rick was persistent and did not give up until he had fixed the system. The amount of rework that he had to do would have driven any other contractor away screaming. Rick stuck with the problem until it was done. There are few contractors left that work on the principle of customer satisfaction. Precision Climate operates on a different level altogether and it shows.

Rick and his assistant arrived and only shortly after he was expected and promptly went to work, fixing problem within 30 minutes and left the house clean. Rick's assistant noted to me some minor maintenance that needed doing to stairs leading into attic. He offered to do it at no additional charge, but I did it myself. It is small things like that which are appreciated by me. I have used Rick's business in the past and will again. I highly recommend his business for heating and air conditioning services.

Very professional and punctual. He explained that the a/c and heating units BOTH were in good shape for units 16 years old, unlike what a previous service technician had insisted. He stated I do not have a leak in my coolant, again UNLIKE previous a/c technicians had stated who were evidently trying to make a sale. I did not specifically request he check the heating unit but he stated it was in excellent shape. He went above and beyond what was requested by checking it at at no additional charge. Low cost and value for the money.

He was superior. If you call him in the middle of the night he will be there.
