dishwasher line broke and flooded home. They came out, ripped up water damaged areas. Then installed dryers to prevents mold and mildew. Issue is they are under Rapid Experts umbrella so if you are having a problem with anything you have no way of contacting them. Happened on a Saturday and on Monday the pushy gentleman with Rapid Experts business cards and apparel came to estimate and kept trying to get me to sign contract for repairing damages before my insurance adjuster got to see anything. and the repair estimator and work would be done by a Carriker Construction that is also a part of the Rapid Response Experts umbrella. Not one company but using so many alias.

I recently had my house completely replumbed and needed them to come back out and patch and respray the ceiling where the plumbers had to go through to repipe. I made three phone calls in a month AND sent an email through the site with absolutely no response. During two calls, the girl taking the message asked if it was an insurance claim. It wasn't so I asked why that would matter? She couldn't give me a reason. They would essentially be doing the same job that they did four years ago over again. Apparently, for some reason, they didn't want to do the job since i received no response which I found completely unprofessional. In addition, the owner lives just down the main road from my house so he could have easily come by on his way home from work to see what needed done, etc. A quick call stating that they weren't interested in the job was all that was needed. Now, not only will I never use them for anything again, I will also advise anyone I know not to use them.

They were very punctual, very thorough. The project was finished in a matter of days. They were very pleasant to work with. The supervisor was on top of things, checking on the progress of the work.
