I called for washer/dryer repair in rental house. They could not do it for a few days and said that they would give a 10% discount. I agreed to that. The repairman came to the house and could not fix it then as it needed parts. He was to call back with the quote so that I could decide to fix them or buy new ones. He called back and said that it was going to be around $410. I asked if that was with the 10% off and he said no and then quoted me $375. He knew I was reluctant to put that into it but went ahead and agreed to the $375 since they were front loaders. I had given them my credit card number to charge it. When I received my bill, the amount was for $470.00. $100 over the quote. I called and inquired about the bill and they said that I got a good price and that was what it was. I explained to them that I had been quoted $375 and I should not have been charged a penny more and that they should have called me back to say that they had misquoted me a price. He said the guy was new and that he did not have the right prices. And I also have to add that they were less than cordial on the phone. Not a way to run a business in my opinion. They should have NEVER charged my card without authorization! I will never use them again and I will also make sure that anyone that asks me about appliance repair that I will certainly tell them who NOT to use. I am in Real Estate so I am sure I will run across plenty of people that will never use them.

They are excellent. They are always very prompt, professional and very honest. I have been w/them for years! They are outstanding. They are the only people I call for appliance repair work!

Steve is one of the owners and he came out to service my dryer. It is now working perfectly! He did great work! This was more economical than a new dryer by far and I didn't have to leave home!

Excellent, quick response time and wonderful followups. However, I did not know they were on Angie's list and did not get or request a discount.

They did an excellent job for me. They showed up right on time and came out right after I called them.

I have always used this company. However, it seems as they have gotten busier, they've become arrogant and rude. I recommended this company to my sister, and she complained of rudeness over the phone. I will never use these guys again.

I called the top performer on Angie's list, and they said it would take three days to send someone out. I then called these guys, and they sent someone out by 1pm the same day. The repairman called ahead and quickly fixed my machine. I was very happy with this service. He gave me 10% off when I mentioned angie's list.

WE CALLED FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND THEY WERE AT OUR HOME WITHIN THE HOUR. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY HURRIED. IN HIS DEFENSE HE MAY HAVE BEEN HURRIED BECAUSE HE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO FIT US IN. HE WAS PROBABLY ONLY AT OUR HOME FOR FIVE MINUTES. HE GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY OTHER PROBLEMS. THE PRICE FOR THE SERVICE CALL WAS $59 PLUS ANOTHER $30 FOR THE SERVICE TIME. THIS SEEMED A LITTLE EXPENSIVE.

WHAT I AM MOST IMPRESSED WITH IS THAT THEY TELL ME WHAT THE COST OF THE REPAIR IS AND IF IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE TO JUST BUY A NEW APPLIANCE AND NOT WASTE THE MONEY ON A REPAIR, ALL THEY CHARGE IS A NORMAL SERVICE CHARGE. THEY DID REPAIR THE MICROWAVE AND COOK TOP. I APPRECIATE THEIR HONESTY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY CAME VERY QUICKLY, AND THEY ARE REALLY GOOD!

THEY ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD BE BETTER OFF BUYING A NEW ONE. I *SINCERELY* APPRECIATE THEIR HONESTY - THEY COULD JUST AS EASILY HAVE DONE AS I HAD ASKED. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME (OUTSIDE OF ANGIE'S LIST) AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

PLAZA REPAIRED A WATER LINE ON A REFRIGERATOR. I ASKED FOR A REFUND OF $105 BECAUSE THEIR WORK CAUSED THE BREAKING OF ANOTHER HOSE THAT FLOODED MY KITCHEN FLOOR. COST $1900. CHRIS AT PLAZA REFUSED SAYING HE DID GUARANTEE HIS WORK AND COULD CARE LESS IF I EVER USED HIS SERVICE AGAIN. I RECEIVED A SECOND OPINION FROM ANOTHER CO. THE HOSE PLAZA REPAIRED IS ATTACHED TO A VALVE WITH ANOTHER HOSE. PLAZA REPAIRED THE WATER DISPENSER HOSE. THE OTHER HOSE GOES TO THE ICE MAKER. THEY SUPPLY WATER WHEN CALLED ON BY THE WATER DISPENSER/ICE MAKER. THEY ARE WITHIN AN INCH OF EACH OTHER ON THE VALVE, WHEN THE WATER DISPENSER HOSE WAS BEING FIXED THE OTHER WAS BROKEN AT THE NUT AND WOULD NOW LEAK EACH TIME THE ICE MAKER NEEDED FILLING. THESE HOSES BECOME BRITTLE. IT DID NOT LEAK BEFORE BEING WORKED ON AND WAS NOT LEAKING WHEN IT WORKED ON, BUT DID START LEAKING AFTER WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED. IT NOW LEAKS EACH TIME THE ICE MAKER NEEDS WATER. PLAZA BROKE THE OTHER HOSE AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES.

AS SOON AS THE SERVICE MAN ARRIVED, HE TOOK ONE LOOK AT THE OVEN AND SAID IN A RUDE AND DISMISSIVE FASHION "WE CAN'T GET THE PART FOR THAT OVEN". WHEN I ASKED WHY HE HAD WASTED MY TIME AND HIS BY NOT LISTENING OVER THE PHONE, HE WAS SILENT. I WAS NOT ASKED TO PAY, BUT "TIME IS MONEY". UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN REALIABLE, PROMPT AND REASONABLY PRICED.

THE REFRIGERATOR WENT BAD IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT. I CALLED THE COMPANY AROUND 9:00 AM AND SAID THEY WILL CALL BACK TO SEE IF SOMEONE COULD GET TO ME TODAY. WAS HERE AT 2:00 PM AND HAD IT FIXED. SAVED ALL MY FOOD. CALLED ME BACK IN FIVE MINUTES TO TELL ME WHAT TIME THEY WOULD BE HERE AND THEY WERE HERE RIGHT ON TIME.

CAME PROMPTLY THE DAY AFTER AN AFTERNOON PHONE CALL AND THEY WERE ON TIME. DID AN EXCELLENT REPAIR, EVEN CLEANED A PART OF THE CONTROL PANEL WHICH WAS NOT REACHABLE UNTIL HE PULLED IT OUT TO MAKE THE REPAIR.

HE DIDN'T HAVE THE PART TO MAKE THE REPAIR WITH HIM, BUT SAID HE WOULD BE BACK WITH IT IN 3 DAYS WITHOUT ADDITIONAL SERVICE CALL. SERVICE TECH WAS BACK WHEN STATED AND MADE THE DISHWASHER REPAIR ON A TIMELY BASIS. PRICES ARE IN LINE WITH OTHERS, MAYBE BETTER

CHRIS WAS VERY HONEST ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND ADVISED AGAINST PUTTING ANY REPAIR MONEY INTO THE DISHWASHER.

CHRIS IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COULD TELL HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. GAVE B ON PRICES BECAUSE I DIDN'T SHOP AROUND. BUT IT WAS WORTH IT FOR THE SUPER FAST AND COURTEOUS SERVICE.

I CALLED THEM AND YOU COULDN'T ASK FOR ANY PROMPTER SERVICE! HE TOOK CARE OF TWO PROBLEMS, ONE ON THE SPOT, AND THE OTHER HE HAD TO ORDER PARTS FOR. HE CAME BACK TO ADDRESS THE SECOND PROBLEM WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. GREAT SERVICE!!

THIS 'HELPER' WAS ASKED TO FIX MY MOTHER'S REFRIGERATOR. MY MOTHER SAID THAT THIS COMPANY'S SCHEDULER WAS HATEFUL, AND THE SERVICE TECH DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM IN THE HOME WAS ALSO HATEFUL. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SERVICES FROM PLAZA APPLIANCE SERVICE COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO ENDURE EMOTIONAL ABUSE.

BESIDES BEING SO FRIENDLY, HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIND OUT THE COST OF ANOTHER PART THAT WAS NEEDED, BUT NOT NECESSARY, KEEPING COST EFFECTIVENESS UTMOST IN HIS MIND. HE ALSO HELPED WITH THE BRAND NAME FOR A NEW WASHER AND DRYER THAT WAS RELIABLE. WONDERFUL.

STEVE WAS VERY PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE REPLACED THE BLOWER FOR A FAIR PRICE. I WAS IMPRESSED THAT HE HAD THE PART WITH HIM.

I WOULD SUGGEST SHOE COVERS AND A BETTER EXPLANATION OF COSTS. A BIG PLUS IS NO MINIMUM CHARGE. COST WAS FOR PARTS AND LABOR ONLY. WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, FIXED IT AT THE PRICE THEY QUOTED, AND WERE OUT THE DOOR IN 15 MINUTES!!
