 + -1 moreThe nicest thing I could say is that he overpromised but under-delivered. Although he seemed to be knowledgeable I sometimes got the impression that David had some other career and his crews were sub-contracted. They also always seemed to be over scheduled (taking on more jobs than they are equipped to handle well). When I would ask (knowing the timetable) when the next "treatment" would be, I was always told, "You are on the list.". Judging by the look of the property, I am not even sure that the ongoing proper insect and weed control, fertilization treatments were ever done when necessary. They showed up to cut the grass (and not in the manner promised) but that was all I can attest to. In addition they brought a weed grass to my lawn by not keeping their mowers cleaned. When I complained, I was told that it would "die in the winter" David McKee and his crew are nice people, but the results were disappointing.
Description of Work: Planted and maintained shrubs. Cut and edged the lawn area. Did shrub trimming, installed river rock (for a water runoff problem). Made minor adjustments/repairs to irrigation system. David was hired to COMPLETELY maintain grass, trees, plants (including weekly mowing). That meant feeding, weeding, treating everything on a timely basis.

Description of Work: I hired Plant Life to cut and prune trees. They removed several bushes, put down mulch, pine straw, and planted flowers.

 + -1 moreThey do a good job. A person from their company came and talked to me. He said he was going to send me a contract, but he never got in touch with me. That showed that they were not reliable. They are personable. They are in the neighborhood. They are flexible. They do not do everything that you want them to, but they do most of the things. So far they have done a good job. They were here when they said they will be. They really had nothing to be responsive other than just coming by and doing what they said they were going to do.
Description of Work: I use Plant Life every week. They come every Thursday. They just come to cleanup, and I pay them $20. If they cut the grass and then clean up, I pay them $30.
