Staff provided excellent customer service from purchase advice to planting. Andrea kept the project on schedule and Javier's on-site planting was completed with outstanding care for current and future concerns. Great company!! Will use again!!!

I also posted this on the Pike Design Group page. Someone came out and was on time. But, after not hearing from them for almost a month, I received a call from the manager who said that person was let go. I paid $450 for a landscape design. Someone else was supposed to come out at 10am on a Friday two weeks later. At 10:15 I didn't hear anything and called the main office. They said there was a glitch in their scheduling system and refunded my $450. The person that I spoke with was very apologetic and still wanted to send someone out for free. Finally someone comes out about 45 minutes later. I told them I wanted a design that wouldn't cost more than $10,000 to plant / install. Two weeks later I get a design that would cost me $20,000 to plant / install! When I asked about it, he said that it was a good overall design and I could do it in phases or scale back some parts. After all of that, I had / have no intention of hiring Pike's to do my landscaping. I called another company who laid out a design for free and the planting / installation would be at a much more reasonable cost.

We recently bought a house from a man who hired Pike to design and install the plants in the front and side yards in 2013 - he spent approximately $6,500 for this work. Upon sale of the house, he informed us that the plants installed by Pike's had a "Lifetime Warranty" and that any dead plants could be replaced under that warranty. After moving in, an inventory of the landscape revealed that about 1/3 of the plants had died, despite routine maintenance and watering. We subsequently received a promotional postcard from Pikes that also references the "Lifetime Guarantee" on their plants... armed with this information we called Pikes to initiate the replacement process, only to be told that, well, no, the warranty is only good for the original homeowner, and in actuality was not a "Lifetime Guarantee." The person who took our call offered no apology or explanation, nor seemed at all interested in our continuing as a customer. Based on our experience, buyers should BEWARE that this "Lifetime Guarantee" on Pike's plants is actually nothing of the sort... It should more accurately be called "Homeowner Guarantee" - needless to say, we will NOT be doing business with Pike's and will certainly be sharing our experience with our friends and neighbors. Pike's certainly could use a hefty lesson in customer relations.

They have a wide selection of plants and their quality is top notch. They have a good program all around.

They have a fairly good selection, but are priced slightly higher than the competition. I do find it very difficult to get answers to questions over the phone. Not all staff is knowledgeable about even basic plant questions.
