POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I hired Eric to clean 23 sections of sidewalks, a driveway and 36 ft back patio and referred him to a neighbor. We both paid him cash. After he completed my area, I asked him what concrete sealer to use on the driveway. He suggested a brand. I waited 3 days to apply, and the end results were horrible. I contacted Eric asking that he return to correct the problem. He agreed to at an additional price of $100.00. The cleaning could have been a little more thorough. That is unprofessional, rude and "bad" customer service. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.

The job was not completed as discussed. Paint from the workers got on the exterior of the home while they were painting the deck.
