Cancels an appointment I've had for over a week, by text message, when it's only 3 hours before he's supposed to arrive. Rather than asking what my schedule permits, he demands to reschedule the appointment for a day I can't possibly get off. When I ask why all this is going on, the only response he'll give is "DON'T PUSH IT". He cancels ON the day of service that I've already gotten off from work, blatantly assumes I can automatically take another day off (of his choosing), and then he gets mad at me for simply asking why. Very rude and disrespectful behavior. Extremely inconsiderate of other people's work schedules besides his own. Won't be using this service again.

Replacement control boards are not available for my oven. Piedmont was able to replace my control board with a rebuilt one so that I did not have to replace my ovens. I was pleased with the outcome.

Glenn came out and diagnosed the issues based on what we said was happening and what we had observed. Gleen came up with a test to see if the dishwasher would not stop during the cycle. We tested it for a week and sure enough his idea of how the dishwasher was originally installed was in fact the problem. Whereas some other appliance service companies might have started replacing parts to diagnose the problem Glenn didn't do that but he really listened to the customer and examined the issue to find a solution. I was very impressed with his level of customer service, his honesty, and his many years of experience. I would recommend him for any appliance service work.

Within in a couple of days, he had the parts in hand. We scheduled the job and he promptly arrived and got the panel replaced in short order. I was very happy with the overall process and would definitely call him again for future work.

I have a 3-1/2 year old Bosch dishwasher that I've had no problems with until Christmas day. The dishwasher was full and I went to turn it on. The on/off button broke and fell into the door. Although the dishwasher still worked, the button needed to be replaced. I have had a service contract with Service Protection Advantage, but their responsiveness to the problem was totally unacceptable, so I looked elsewhere for service. Although I contacted Gantt Appliance repair, I found out that they did not work on Bosch dishwashers, but they did refer me to Piedmont Appliance (which I thought was extremely nice). I contacted Piedmont Appliance and Glenn contacted me that evening to schedule a time. He arrived Thursday afternoon, as scheduled, confirmed that I had the correct part, and did the replacement for me. He was extremely nice, professional and helpful. I am happy to find someone that I can trust to provide service for my Bosch when needed. He did a great job!

I called Glen to come look at both my fridge and gas cooktop. It did take a couple of weeks to schedule an appointment (made more difficult by the Thanksgiving holiday). He diagnosed the refrigerator as having a bad bin sensor electronic board and the ignition switch on the cooktop. He walked me through why it might not be worthwhile to fix the cooktop given some of the complexities of the fix for that particular model and some defects in the design of product, but he still provided a quote to perform the repair. I chose not to go ahead with it based on his advice. I found him to be very professional, knowledgable, and honest, which is all you can ask for from a repair technician. I would use Piedmont again for appliance repair needs.

Went very well. I have used Glenn with Piedmont Appliance on several occasions. Glenn is very knowledgeable and good at quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue. Glenn also addressed a small leak in the dishwasher pan. He is very honest and fair and will use him again as needed.

It went well. Hardest part was getting the refrigerator out of the cabinet.

As a busy professional woman, I do not sit by my phone all day. The first time Glenn called me, his message was "I will call you back when I have more time." The second call a week later, he left a voice mail on a holiday. I returned is his call the next day after work, after he left an appropriate message inviting me to return his call. He answered and said he was having "supper" and tersely hung up. It was 6pm. The next morning he left me a voice mail stating I could call back during normal business hours, 8-5 May I suggest voice mail or not answering calls during supper? I was very disappointed since from the website it seemed this was a nice company. Not everyone can call during 8-5. Have you heard of praciticing medicine, Glenn? It is not an 8-5 job.

Excellent experience! Thank you- After playing telephone tag we finally connected. Totally my fault, He never gave up trying to reach me. Which is awesome! We finally found a date that would work (within just a few days of my initial call) and he called me to confirm when he was coming. He got here right on time. Went straight into the kitchen and right to work, after a little while he found the problem, a piece of the plastic from the broken wheel assembly along with a few other wacky items managed to get in the disposal drain. Once he cleared that all out and put it all back together it was good as new. I can't thank him enough, I was set to go out an buy a new dishwasher and our is only a few years old.

I really appreciate the fact that Glenn gave me all the facts. He checked on prices for the board and called me before just assuming I would repair or replace the dishwasher. He was prompt and scheduled with me and quickly made the repair.

Very punctual and professional Responded immediately to say overbooked, but available at a later date. Dependable and very good work. Would gladly use again.

He never performed service because he would not even call to discuss the issue.

Glenn arrived on time for our first appointment. He listened to the awful noise our dryer was making and knew which part was needed. He ordered the part and a few days later came back for a second appointment to install it. He was efficient and knowledgeable. All this and I was able to use the $10 Angie's List coupon to save some money! I will definitely call him again if we need another appliance fixed.

I was very pleased with him. He was fantastic. He knew exactly what he's doing and is very knowledgable about his work. He was quick and thorough. He was a gentleman and very polite and came and looked at my oven and completed the task I asked. A few of my neighbors have used him before and I'm glad I did too. He was helpful in showing me how to take care of my control panel to make sure it does not malfunction again.

Glenn is thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the problem without ordering expensive replacement parts. In my experience, other appliance repair services don't want to bother to take the time to figure out what the problem is-they just want to order new parts, some without even looking at the appliance first. I have used the ovens several times now and they work just the way they should. Glenn will be my go-to guy for appliance repair from now on.

Glenn came out after calling ahead and checked our noisy dryer. He was on time and very knowledgeable. We also felt very comfortable having him in our home. He returned on the second trip with the necessary parts to repair the dryer. He repaired the appliance very quickly and it runs perfectly. The bill was VERY reasonable for two trips including parts. Glenn, was very professional and showed integrity by letting me know that my bocsh dw was probably on it's last legs and not really worth the cost of replacing the pump. Unlike a previous appliance company technician that quoted me an exorbitant amount of money to replace the broken part and then never got around to ordering the part. In the end I guess I'm glad he didn't because now I'm getting a new dish washer instead.

Excellent. I have never have any issues with my 9 year old Bosch front loading machine until it decided to stop spinning. It is hard to find someone in Charlotte who works on Bosch machines. However Glen at Piedmond does! I called for an appointment and we worked out a mutually agreeable time. He arrived on the early side of the scheduled two hour appointment window. He went right to work and was able to fix the machine - removing a stuck penny from the drain - quickly. He is professional, knowledable and easy to work with. If I have a problem again, Glen will be my first call!

I felt he was honest with me and not out to sell me something I didn't need. Glenn was the one that did the work and he was efficient. My wife really liked and trusted him in our home since she was there during the appointment. She was satisfied with the service.
