Phoenix Custom Systems promptly arrived at my home to install the Ring doorbell camera. I was impressed with Kevinâ s professionalism and friendly disposition while providing quality work. So, I scheduled an install for additional security and was impressed again with his crew, they too were very thorough and made sure I was happy with the install. These guys are top of the line! I can't say enough about the professional manner in which this entire process was conducted. Kevin hit every time mark provided from the first walkthrough to providing the initial estimate, to returning for the install. I purchased two PTZs in addition to the original eight camera installation that was worked for the estimate. Kevin and Tyler arrived right on the time stated, and installed, tested, adjusted 10 cameras, and was finished much quicker than I expected. I have managed programs that did ISP, OSP, AV installation, and support for a number of years. This job was as professional and efficient as any that I've seen done. Observing them in action was impressive. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results and recommend without hesitation for anyone needing security/camera system installations.
