I could not have had a better experience then I did with Phoenix Custom Systems. I'm so glad I found them. I had 2 contractors from Best Buy come out to give me an estimate on a camera system install. After surveying my house they told me the cable runs required would be too complicated and since I wanted 8 cameras installed it would take approximately 2 days to complete. I saw some excellent reviews for Phoenix Custom Systems so I gave them a call. I spoke with Kevin. Let me just say Kevin is awesome. He's very knowledgeable, professional and a strong Christian. He came to my house, did a thorough assessment and said no problem, we can install this for you at your convenience. We set up a date a couple weeks later. Kevin and Tyler arrived at 0700 as scheduled. Tyler was excellent as well. He explained so many aspects about the cameras that I would not have thought to ask about. They ran all 8 lines, installed the cameras and set up the NVR. They programmed the software on our phones and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. They were done by 3pm. The install looks great. No exposed lines at all. My wife hates clutter. She loved how neat all the wires were in our utility closet. I cannot say enough about Kevin & Tyler. If you need a video surveillance system installed don't bother with anyone else. Call them and rest easy. You will not regret it!!

You get what you pay for. These guys are the real deal. They install quality equipment and not that junk you get at stores. Love the piece of mind with being able to see my house from anywhere. When someone rings my doorbell it goes straight to my phonemail and I can talk with them. Great service from Phoenix. Don't settle with Cpi or Adt junk. Tyler will come to your house and give you hands on what you will get with a nice demonstration with his phone and equipment already installed. Great people.

Customized surveillance system was exactly what I needed. Didn't try to upsell items or products that were unnecessary. Very trustworthy and reliable. Edit: Three months after having the system installed, we began having difficulty accessing the camera from mobile devices. I contacted Tyler to explain what was going on and request assistance. Tyler stated that we did not have a service contract and we would need to pay $150 for a service call. After paying such a large sum for the camera system and given the short period of time, Tyler should have stood behind the product and tried to solve it without gouging the customer. Originally I had rated the service a perfect five, but after this I've marked it to a more appropriate level.
