I wasnâ t sure if they would service my area. Iâ m located in Gaston County, but they were quick to come out and quote the project and follow through with completing it. I will be referring them to my neighbors and friends for future projects. My brick mailbox was leaning from Where someone hit it with a car and they were able to make it straight again at a fraction of the price of building it again and they fixed my missing mortar on my front steps. The project was top-notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time but they finished the project early were accommodating to our schedule. The stone work on the front of our home was cracking, sagging and allowing water inside. They fixed the problem quickly and left the wall looking brand new.

After requesting that they provide an estimate, the estimator was out the next day. Very responsive. They just finished up a beautiful brick walkway in front of my house. Phipps Masonry finished the project in a timely manner and all the men were professional and friendly. To top off an excellent job, the clean was just as perfect! I highly recommend Phipps Masonry!

Provided a quick estimate, showed up at the scheduled time, performed the work described but finish and cleanup were disappointing. They did a good job of pointing mortar on the foundation, but the **big** project was to rebuild the concrete tops to two pilasters. Unfortunately, they left rough, unfinished edges. They also threw the extra mortar into the front yard where it has set up into a block of concrete. Multiple attempts to have them come back to fix this issue have been unsuccessful.

On time. Great detailed work. Went above and beyond to notice unidentified work and include that in the fix.

Fixed my drainage issue with ease. Removed and re-leveled my patio that has been pooling water for years and even installed drainage system beneath. The team was great to work with and kept the work space very tidy.

Chris and his team are top notch. SaraLynn recommenced a particular brick called â Charlestonâ with â beigeâ mortar. The men arrived on time and the mailbox only took half a day to build. Cleaned up nicely. I would definitely recommend if you need a new masonry mailbox!

This company surpass all my expectations. Iâ  m a contractor and I donâ  t normally leave reviews but they are well deserving of a pat on the back. They were able to match my clients old brown mortar perfectly. The client is very pleased and so am I. Definitely recommend for matching mortar on your home.
