 + -1 moreRandall was very courteous and professional. He not only helped with the printer, but he really helped me get the fastest, most efficient performance from my computer. He went beyond services requested and did an overall system check to make sure there were no other problems anywhere in my system. My internet connectivity was intermittent, and he ran many diagnostics to narrow the causes to the router. He followed up after the work to make sure I had a solution and helped me by phone when I had installation issues with the new router. They gave excellent service, and I would recommend them to anyone, and a small or large business. Randall is my new IT person for the long haul!
Description of Work: They installed a new printer, gave diagnosis of computer efficiency, and dealt with internet connectivity issues.
