He did a very thorough job and prompt job of completing the work once he was given the go ahead. He did a very thorough job of cleaning up after the job was completed, even my wife was impressed with how well things were cleaned up and no damage to her flowers. I do not often give recommendations, however I would use him again without hesitation. I still recommend that one does his own due diligence and make sure that you know what to expect.

Derrick Peake,, owner of Peake Construction, started by going up on my roof and coming down with pictures of the damage to my roof. From there he gave me the information needed to make a call to the insurance company while he waited. The insurance company gave me the name and phone number of their adjuster, which I gave to Derrick and he took it from there! He was here to meet the adjuster and made sure all the damage was noted. I think the hardest thing I had to do was to pick out the color of the roof! Which turned out to be perfect!! Derrick is professional, pleasant and easy to work with, and was personally involved in ever step of the process! I highly recommend Derrick and his company. I would not consider using anyone else for future roofing needs,

Excellent service and completed everything very quickly. I received 3 quotes and this company offered the best pricing for the extensive amount of work that needed to be repaired on the building.

To be honest , they seemed a little OVER enthusiastic about EVERYONE from the owner and to those who actually did the work. Now that I have had my work done, I truly understand their exuberance. I was pleasantly surprised that it only took one day to complete this job! Our home has several pitched roof points which are very difficult to reach. The crew only stopped for lunch and never complained about the difficulty of the work. Once completed, the only noticeable difference around my home and yard was a beautiful new roof! The cleanup was amazing! I've had no leakage problems since that time and roof still looks great (to my surprise).

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH DERRICK PEAKE(OWNER OF PEAKECONSTRUCTION). I HAVE HAD DERRICK REPLACE 2 ROOFS FOR ME BOTH WHICH DERRICKPERSONALLY MET WITH THE ADJUSTERS FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANIES. ONE HE WENTBACK TO THE ADJUSTER AFTER IT HAD BEEN APPROVED TO BE REPLACED BY THE INSURANCECO. AND GOT THE DECK REPLACED AS WELL AS HE THOUGHT HE COULD NOT WARRANT THEROOF WITHOUT THE DECK BEING REPLACED. THE OTHER HE MET WITH 2 DIFFERENT ADJUSTERSALONG WITH A INSURANCE COMPANY MANAGER AFTER MUCH DISAGREEMENT FROM THEINSURANCE ADJUSTERS NOT WANTING TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT THERE WAS HAIL DAMAGE.HE FINALLY GOT THEM TO PAY FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE ROOF.HE DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB AND PROMPT JOB OF COMPLETING THE WORK ONCE HE WASGIVEN THE GO AHEAD. HE DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THE JOB WASCOMPLETED, EVEN MY WIFE WAS IMPRESSED WITH HOW WELL THINGS WERE CLEANED UPAND NO DAMAGE TO HER FLOWERS.I DO NOT OFTEN GIVE A RECOMMENDATION, HOWEVER I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN WITHOUTHESITATION. The project went very well. We were very please with Mr. PEAKE My roof was leaking very bad and pieces missing from a storm we had. A job well done and the clean up afterwards was spotless. I definitely recommend Peake construction.

Peake Construction arrived on time both for the initial inspection and the meeting with the adjuster. Once approved, PC completed the entire job in 3 days. All old material was cleaned up perfectly. Mr. Peake has called me 4 times in the last two years to check to see if I had any additional issues. Last winter, I also had a leak caused by ice buildup and Peake Construction rectified the problem at no additional charge. I highly recommend PC for their professionalism, promptness and attention to detail.
