Patriot quoted price for the awning was reduced to reflect the Marygrove website sale. Devin and his team installed the awning and did a quick, but great job. He gave us instructions on do & don'ts. We are very satisfied.

Job was completed ahead of schedule and to perfection. Craftsmanship was second to none. Excellent and kind staff. Look forward to doing business with Patriot Awning Company again in the future.

Great. When I first called Devin he told me that he could not do a Sunsetter awning (which I thought it was) but called me back after he hung up with a few suggestions (I thought that was really nice of him). When I found out the awning was another brand he got me a great cover at a good price. After installation he was not able to get the awning balanced properly because the motor was not working properly. He tried for quite some time, with the supplier on the line, but ultimately had to get a new motor. I wasn't surprised because the awning was almost 20 years old. I was really pleased with the level of integrity and commitment that Devin brought to assist me.

after singing contract with Devin had to put job on hold for several week. when I gave him the go ahead he tried his best to get the job done as soon as he could.very happy with outcome.

Provider came to my house, examined the area where work was to be done, informed me that he had some hardware in his building that would work for the area needing to be covered. He would give me a discount if I agreed to use this material. He came to the house on time, installed the awning and we are pleased. It appears to be reducing the amount of sun coming into the room. I would use him again.

The owner of Patriot Awning called this morning and explained what happened and why we were unable to connect several days ago. No one is perfect, no company is perfect, I'm certainly not perfect and wish to give this small family owned company a favorable review. We have set up another appointment date to discuss what might be done to resolve the issue of heat and sun coming in several windows. He mentioned that there several things that occurred that contributed to the missed appointment and I believe him and respect him for that. A full followup will follow once the work is completed and I feel certain the review will be much more positive. Thanks to him and Angie's List. The game plan seems to be working.

I was impressed with the punctuality and professionalism. I contacted 2 other awning companies and their price range for removal was ludicrous! Not only was my project completed within days when all other lead times were several weeks out, it was completed at the best pricing too!

Installation took about 2 hrs and I'm so happy with the outcome! It is such a classy and professional look. My large porch looks out to a pond and I really wanted to be able to see it so I chose the clear vinyl. The Sunbrella fabric DOES NOT FADE which was a big factor for me to consider since the area gets full sun all day. I'm just so happy to be able to use my porch year round now. The installers arrived promptly as scheduled, worked quickly and with attention to detail, cleaned up the area and I'm ready to enjoy my porch in the middle of January! As a single older woman, the installer showed me in detail how I can uninstall the curtain with ease. I really don't think I'll have any trouble. He also gave me a nice storage bag for the curtain and instructions on how to clean and make it last for many years to come. You can't go wrong with this company! You will be treated fairly and your work will be professional. I also like that all the material and workmanship was American made! I absolutely love it!!!!

Patriot Custom Canvas and Awning recovered the awnings on my home as they had contracted to. We had pricing for three other awning contractors in the area. Patriot Custom Canvas was the most competitive in price and they offered a better quality fabric and thread than the other contractors offered. The salesman, Devin, was very patient with me and took the time to show me all the different fabric options. During the process of doing the recovers they found several attachments were failing because the last contractor did not bother to find studs as they mounted the frames. These issues were corrected at no additional charge. The job was promised in 2-3 weeks but was completed in a week and a half. I am extremely pleased with their service.
