They were excellent. I would highly recommend them and I thought they were excellent in every way. I don't know if it's a franchise or privately owned but they do use different contractors for the installation. They are local contractors and the contractor I had, I would go to him for any kind of installation or work in my home because he was so great. He was not a Panda employee, he was an external contractor that they hired to do their installations but he was so great. He did a lot more in my kitchen like little things I needed to have done than he was supposed to be doing but he helped me out on some several things that needed to be done to get the installation right.
Description of Work: Panda Kitchen & Bath did my kitchen maybe 2 years ago or so.

Description of Work: The company provided an oral quotation for a granite kitchen counter top. While the price was good, we did not use their services. I would have preferred to receive a written price quotation.

Their price and selection is the best I have found in Charlotte. They are very patient and willing to make changes as needed. They are as gracious and kind as they can be.
