I'm not sure if this is the original purchase or the one we ha d to switch... The initial purchase had a Hispanic recording and nothing in English; I called and Angie offered a different provider. If this is the one that actually came out they did a 'FABULOUS' job! Absolutely no complaints!

Really well. They really care about doing a good job and it shows.

I had paid $69 for 4 hours of cleaning using the Angie's List Big Deal. I want a refund, since no one showed up at the scheduled time and no one got back to me.

I am having some work done on my downstairs so I asked the ladies to only focus on the upstairs; however, they did not vacuum upstairs, or clean the bathroom so I am not sure what work they did. I heard the blinds rustle, so assume they dusted but not certain.

All i got was voicemail. Have tried calling them whole day. No one picked up or returned any calls. If they don't want to do business why would they present themselves on Angie's list.

Provider called Monday night to confirm for 1 p.m. on the 15th. at 1:15 on the 15th I phoned the provider to see if they were still coming. Yes... Arrived at 2:30. Once work was started, the 2 ladies worked steadily and did a very nice job, especially disinfecting the kitchen counters. I had cleared all the surfaces prior to their arrival to make the work go more quickly.

The crew was courteous and efficient. Cleaned to my satisfaction. Even folded the toilet paper ends into cute little creases.

They did a really good job. I really have no complaints. There were no additional charges.

Never got more than an answering machine

Awesome job! Everything was cleaned from floor to ceiling.

They were good about responding and being punctual. I knew they could not clean my entire 2 story house thoroughly in 4 hours and did not expect them to. 2 ladies came and cleaned for 2 hours. I told them I just wanted master bath on 2nd floor cleaned and nothing else on that floor. Then, I wanted them to concentrate on the wood floors on the first floor and dust and vacuum. Nothing in kitchen. The 2 of them spent an hour in the bathroom. It wasn't that dirty. Then they spent an hour on the first floor. They did dust and thought they mopped parts of wood floors. After they left, I found areas of the floor that had obviously not been cleaned. My first floor is probably 1200 square feet. Certainly not huge.

Initial contact after purchase was same day with scheduling within two weeks as requested. Prompt arrival time, very friendly and courteous. Did a great job in cleaning bathrooms. They were thorough and left the home sparkling and smelling nice. Very happy with service provided.

They were great. They did everything we asked and did it all very well. They arrived on time and got started right away in the bathroom upstairs. After the bathroom the moved room to room, cleaning all windows, blinds, baseboards, doors, and floors. They then finished in the kitchen, scrubbing every surface and doing a wonderful job on the stainless appliances.

the provider sent 2 workers and they cleaned 2 full baths (top to bottom), dusted all baseboards, ceiling fans, ceiling edges, dusted in all 3 bedrooms, living room and dining room. Vacumed and swept all carpet and hardwood areas. mopped both bathrooms and kitchen/dining room floor. Dusted blinds in living room. Interested in setting up a cleaning program it them for my home.

Two women arrived at the appointed time. Neither speak any English. My understanding was that the garage would be cleaned and re--organized. They swept the floor and dusted shelves, moved a few things around and used my hose to finish up. When they wet the floor, power tools (chain saw, blower, etc.) and the "eye" for the garage door got wet. Garage door does not work now. I cannot recommend this service.

Fantastic! Nothing was missed! They cleaned blinds, wiped down all the doors, made the beds, dusted all the knick knacks and polished all the wood. My home looked and smelled fantastic! I highly recommend Pains Cleaning!

They are wonderful. My house hadn't been cleaned in 3 months. It was very dirty. They did a thorough house cleaning including my baseboards, dusting ceiling fans, walls, as well as other cleaning services. They brought two people for 4 hours and my house was spotless when they finished. I was so impressed with their work that I have hired them for monthly services.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I travel for work and missed a day waiting for the cleaning service. No professional communication. When I said their actions were unacceptable I was told to contact Angie's List! There was no remorse or any type of apology for the inappropriate actions.

Arrived on time. did a thorough job and actually spent a bit more time than was contracted for.

Cleaning was GREAT. Were 15 minutes later than they had told me. They speak very little English but could communicate adequately.

Great. Left the home sparkly and smelling clean.

The ladies did a very thorough job. I am well pleased.. So much so, they are coming back to clean the inside of my home next week.

I have used Pains Cleaning Service for several years. Regiane does an amazing and complete job at an affordable and competitive price. No details are missed - dusting, mopping, vacumming, etc.. She cleans your entire house from top to bottom. She is always professional and punctual. She is great about communication and always available when needed.
