Paul and Risa were wonderful to work with- they were incredibly responsive (it amazes me how many providers were not!). Paul made arrangements to come see our property within a day or two, and both were quick to respond to both calls and emails. Their crew did a fabulous job installing our fence! It is exactly what we needed and wanted. They were familiar with current pool code requirements for fencing, and made a great recommendation. We are very happy with our fence, and with the service received.

Paul met with me to provide an estimate for the installation of a privacy fence on my backyard. He was very prompt in providing and estimate, and very responsive with the coordination of the times for the installation to be done. Everything went according to the plan I was given. The crew that installed the fence was very professional, cordial and very hard working. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

So Paul and his guys put my fence up about two years ago - and I was so busy with a new baby and a lot of landscaping that writing the review slipped off my radar. We had a couple of issues while they were putting the fence up, but Paul and Risa came out and we reviewed the work together and they fixed the problem. Our fence is AWESOME! We love our fence - had a couple minor issues with the gates a few months after installation and they came and fixed that. No problems for two years - and then we had what looked like a fairly serious problem crop up when the braces on both sides of a post broke free of the post - right in the middle of our 139 foot long 8 foot high privacy fence. Both sides of that part of the fence looked like someone did the wave at a football game. It was Sunday, Aug 2, 2015 at 1:15pm when I called Paul and left a message at their office. To my pleasant surprise, he called me back about 2:40pm and I explained what I thought had happened and he said he would be able to come out on Tuesday (I live about an hour south of him) and that if he could come Monday (the next day) he would try and would call first. Paul called me back and said he would be there Monday at around noon if that was okay. He showed up promptly and looked at the fence and determined that 2 posts had bowed and had caused the break in the middle of the fence. To my shock, he had his guys show up about 30 mins later - so they were already on their way -- and they replaced three 10 foot posts and fixed the entire fence right then and there. I just couldn't believe that they were fixing the fence WITHIN 24 HOURS OF MY CALL!!!!! What better thing can I say about them than to just tell this story. I always recommend Paul and Risa to my friends and neighbors and I always will. You can't get more fair and honest than these folks and they work hard and have very good integrity and excellent workmanship - they stand behind their workmanship too (even two years later!) I'm so happy that we decided to go with Paul after getting a few quotes from others and I couldn't be more happy with their responsiveness and willingness to make us happy with their work. Oh - and I asked Paul, "So what do I owe you?" -- he smiled and said, "not a thing." Seriously? How many people stand behind their work like that? Thank you Paul and Risa!!!!!

Last week I had scheduled 4 fence estimates based on the top 4 companies I found on Angie's list, P.Saylor Fence Company being one of them. We scheduled an estimate for 11:00am on 6/18/15. I receive a call at 11:18am (after 18 minutes of waiting for the late company rep.) from the representative that was to complete the estimate to inform me that my house is not within the companies range in which they build. More or less, they won't complete a service where I live. I am cool with that, but couldn't that have been determined before 20 minutes after the guy was supposed to show up? I had arranged to be home when he came for the estimate, I cleared my schedule to allow time to talk with him, and then a call that they can't provide this service for me. I think this could have been established and I should have been notified of this before I had to accommodate their timeframe to come see me... I am sure they build a beautiful fence, if they didn't, then they wouldn't have the great ratings they already have online... but in this case, I think they need to work on their communication with their potential customers, because this was not good.

P Saylor fence is fantastic! We got six bids to do this work, ranging from $750 low to $1800 high. A few were in the 900-1200 range. P Saylor showed up on time to give us an estimate. Of all of the companies who came out, only P Saylor fence took the time to actually measure the slight slope on the one side where the gate would be installed. This was only a slope of a few inches, but the estimator stated this was important to know because we wouldn't want the gate to drag or stick - or look even slightly uneven with the ground underneath. P Saylor by far was the most thorough in the estimating process. He was initially toward the high end of our middle range, but I told them how much we wanted to work with them and asked if he could meet the mid range of the other firms. He immediately agreed and even thanked me for the opportunity to let him price match, even though it wasn't a huge difference. The business office was courteous and professional to deal with for payment. Absolutely no issues there. The installation team showed up on time, on the day they were supposed to show up. They were courteous and did exactly what they were supposed to do. On the tie in side, they hand dug the post holes so not to disturb anything with the neighbor's fence. The gate closing system they use is a magnetic one like at a neighborhood pool so that is secure with our kids. There is also a key lock that we will likely not use, but it is nice to have if we would ever want to lock the fence as well. The crew did a good job not making an excessive mess, and they neatly piled the dirt around the posts before they left. Clean up was great, we didn't have to do anything after they left. This was one of the most positive contractor experiences we have ever had. It's rare to find a company that has excellent customer service in all areas - business office, work crew, keeping appointments on time, great communication, putting for the extra effort to make sure everything is covered, etc. Everything was great. Definitely recommend!

I couldn't recommend a company any more than P Saylor fencing. From start to finish, I was blown away by the speed of the responsiveness. They came out and provided me with a quote within a day or two of contacting them. They answered all the questions I had promptly and very professionally. (even responding to an email on a Saturday afternoon, well outside of their business hours) They followed through with EVERYTHING they said they would do. They were able to fit me in their schedule VERY quickly. They estimated the job to be a two day job from start to finish. I left normal time to go to work the "first day" of the job, and when I came home from work, there were two guys finishing up the last touches on the gates. I was speechless! The guys were as nice as they could be out there working to get the job finished. It's sad that a company that does what they say they are going to do has become such a rarity. These people really value their customers and take a ton of pride in their work. To say I'm impressed is a huge understatement. There is no other choice than P Saylor!

Very good job. Completed in one day. Worked me in between other jobs instead of making me wait because I had an immediate need of getting the fence up.

Everything was professional and well done from their initial estimate in early September to the conversations back and forth while we submitted our HOA application to have the fence installed to the actual installation and follow up. Both the estimate and install were punctual to the minute. The fence looks wonderful and our dogs are thoroughly enjoying it (as are the humans.)

Was provided a quote for the full permimeter of the backyard. Subsequenty I obtained corner markings by a surveyor and coordinated replacement of an existing border with neighbor. Paul came out to re-quote based on the actual boundaries and existing fence removal. While the pricing was comparable to other Angies List reputable companies, Paul seemed least intimidated by the challenges including hills and rocks. While I was surprised there was only a 2 man crew, there were incredible workers. Very courteous and conscientious guys. They came up to wrap up the project on a Saturday. Was able to resolve any items that came up along the way. Pleased with the overall project.

Team was a pleasure to work with, from the initial estimate to the final installation. Paul gave sound advice and helped guide us in choosing the fence type, location, and placement of the gates. The installation team was very experienced and worked quickly (despite rough conditions) to complete the work and did a great job. We couldn't be happier with the fence, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Fenced in the back yard because two sides were already in place due to neighboring fences. Paul was very responsive and came out on two separate occasions to first provide an estimate and then review the job with my wife on the second visit. Installation was quick and communication was good throughout.

overall, very prompt service, consistent pricing and quality of work. there was some minor mis-communication regarding the location of the gate. I was on site during the installation so was able to have them fix it. If I had not been there, they would have had to re-install part of the fence. But the installers were very service oriented and quick to fix the issue.

The fence was competitively priced (I had several estimates), the installers were great and the final product looks beautiful. We are so happy with the work and would highly recommend them. We are in a development with very strict HOA rules and our neighbors all think the fence looks really really nice. Without hesitation - I would recommend that if you need a fence and they are in your area - USE THEM!!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Paul and Risa are very nice, accommodating, and straight forward. I got multiple estimates for this job, and not only was P Saylor's extrememly reasonable, their knowledge and excellent customer service made the choice a no-brainer. I probably asked a million questions between the estimate and the install and each was answered timely and courteously. The three gentleman who come to our home to do the removal/install were very nice and worked hard and efficiently, even on some very cold and wet days. I would absolutey work with P Saylor again. Highly recommended!

He put up my fence and I was very happy. He came when he said he was going to come, he put it up, he charged me what he said it was, it went fine, he made it nice and leveled. We don't have a leveled property but he made it nice. He did a nice job and his price was reasonable. They were clean. We were out when they showed up and they started working without us. I had no problem with them at all.

I got a number of quotes from Angie's List top rated fence companies. The price quotes ran from $2800 to over $9000. The difference for me is that I felt that Paul carefully listened to my concerns, and offered sound advice on how to approach them. He was very reliable throughout the whole process. His job Forman Jorge was excellent. I really can't say more than they were excellent
