Great job. Delays around the holiday were a little frustrating but understandable and they called to explain and apologize. The owner showed up to provide a quote quickly and communication was great. Once I had HOA approval, they were out in a couple weeks. The whole process took about 6 weeks (including HOA approval). The installer was outstanding and a real craftsman. He needed to be very creative for a good part of the work. It took him 6 hours start to finish when I expected 2 full days. Great job and I highly recommend them.

P. Saylor's team showed up early and were ready to start on time, materials had been delivered before the install the day before. Felix was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job on installation with one other worker. I ordered 2 gates, one was wrong, so I had to wait a little over a week for the corrected gate, however, thanks to Felix, he added a temporary closure so my dogs could still use and access the yard. The fence and quality looks great, I would recommend the magna latches so you don't have to worry about the gate not closing behind you, also for convenience. The team worked with me on the right layout and worked to meet my needs. Pricing was under most competitors. I am overall very happy with the product.

I went on their website to get a rough estimate using their calculator and Tim (owner) followed up with a visit to give a detailed estimate. Their quote was lower than the other A listed Angie's contractor I checked with. I accepted the detailed quote and was put on the schedule for work about a week later. Tim, his wife and Jennifer (office) were all professional and good to their word on everything. The job was done on time. There was one issue with a section of fence that climbed up an enbankment where the crew didn't install the last section to our understanding, but one email to the office and they came out the next day and fixed it. Very pleased with the experience, would hire again. My backyard is now a dog park, tastefully done!

I am not the type of person who writes reviews. BUT this time I had to share my experience with P Saylor Fence Company. When I was looking for quotes on replacing my Wood fence with Vinyl, they responded with their quote the same day I called. The reason why I decided to go with P Saylor Fence (beside the price, of course), is that Tim, owner, came out to measure the fence. He took the time and provided suggestions how they would build the fence because I do not have a perfect square backyard. The P. Saylor Service Team (Tim, Stacy, Jennifer) was professional, responsive with excellent customer service from beginning to end. When I got home, I was PLEASANTLY surprised. My fence looked so AWESOME. Emailed Paul and he came out to measure and provide an estimate. This was a bit complicated because we wanted a white vinyl rail fence along one side to preserve a view but wood privacy fence along the other two sides plus an 8 foot wide double gate from the driveway. Paul arranged for a surveyor to come out to locate the property pins. Materials were delivered a day or two before work started. The crew of two arrived on time and set right to work. All I had to provide was a water hose for cement and an outlet for tools. (They did request some bushes be cleared ahead of time in the back corner but that was to be expected.) All post holes were dug and cemented in. Dirt from holes was dumped off in the space I designated to them. It took a full day to do the holes and a portion of the fence. The next day they returned and finished up everything including a wire mesh tied onto the white rail fence. We have a gentle slope from left to right along the back of the property and I really like how the wood privacy fence follows the slope rather than in 8 foot straight sections stepped down like you might buy at Home Depot. Everything was cleaned up nicely when they left. We are very happy with the fence. Now, two years later it still looks great and really shows no sign of any problems at all.

I scheduled three appointments for estimates and Tim was the quickest to respond and set up the initial appointment. After we walked my property and discussed the scope of the project I was confident his company would do the job right, so much so I cancelled the other appointments. Tim's crew were courteous and professional and they seemed dedicated to installing the fence correctly. As with any project there were a couple a small issues and Tim was responsive and efficient in handling them 100% to my satisfaction. The fence looks great and the improvement to the appearance of our property is, in a word, awesome. I would (and have already) highly reccomend P Saylor Fence co.

Dealing with Tim and his team was as seamless as any construction project could be. They were very responsive when quote was originally requested, and performed the install on time and on budget. I installed fence - took two visits to complete and I was traveling during that time so did not have a chance to oversee project or view final work until I returned home. Once I did have a chance, I raised a couple of concerns but the P. Saylor team was responsive and quick in addressing them. They came right back out with no hesitation and fixed what I felt were issues. I appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness. My communications were mainly with Stacy and Tim and both were great. I would hire them again and definitely tell anyone about them who is interested in installing a fence.

They were very responsive in giving us a quote. They made recommendations and knew all of the codes for pools. They showed up when they said they would and finished in one day. They did a very professional jod and I would highly recommend them.
