Description of Work: I used this company at the recommendation of a neighbor,prior to joining AL. I chose them over a slightly cheaper estimate because the invoice was so detail-oriented. I was not home during the installation, but the crew put a corner post facing the street with spray paint on it facing out. The crew was not receptive to my complaint. The owner came right away and tried to fix the post (it is still noticeable). Then two weeks later, we had a partial loss of power. The crew had cemented through the power lines. The power company contacted the fence company; I never had any additional encounters with them. This experience is the reason I joined AL, so I could see multiple reviews of a company before I selected one. The rest of the fence is beautiful, I just think the crew who was sent to my house didn't do their best work that day.

Description of Work: P.Saylor Fence was absolutely the best at their job. We had been "burned" by a previous fencing company and contacted P.Saylor Fence because we wanted a fence installed quickly. It only took a month from the day they came out to give us an estimate to the entire fence being installed! Paul took detailed notes about our fence, including being able to do graded sections of fence and a removable post, both of which were not offered by our previous company. Both Paul and Risa quickly respond to questions or concerns and provide detailed information about installation and their products. Our project manager was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Our neighbors were concerned about the boundary line and he took the time to do a "string line" between our survey stakes to ensure that our fence was completely on our property. We would recommend Paul and his company to anyone as a fencing contractor in a heartbeat! They made our lives (and our dog's) much easier!

Description of Work: Quick replied to our initial call. Quickly visited us for our free estimate. Only had to wait 2 weeks for our installation date. Used quality materials AND performed quality construction. Plenty of nails & screws. Not skimpy. Delivered all the materials the day before installation. Installed our backyard fence without a hitch.

Description of Work: They installed a new fence around the front and left side of my house. They arrived pretty early in the morning and was able to finish the project in one day. Jorge was very nice and personable. The finished project looks amazing. I would definitely use them again. Awesome job, no complaints about the job. | |I gave a "B" in responsive because I had about a 2 month wait to get the fence installed. Also, on a personal note, I would have preferred to see Mr.Saylor use Lowe's instead of Home Depot for his supplier. |
