THE PLUMBER WAS NOT PREPARED, AND NEEDED TO LEAVE TO GO BUY SUPPLIES, I WAS CHARGED FOR THE TIME HE WAS GONE. THE JOB ITSELF TOOK 20 MINUTES, I WAS CHARGED FOR 2 HOURS, DUE TO HIS NOT BEING PREPARED.

I HESITATE TO SEND THIS REPORT, BECAUSE THIS COMPANY HAS ALWAYS DONE VERY GOOD WORK IN THE PAST FOR ME. THAT''S WHY I CALLED THEM FIRST. PAST JOBS WOULD BE RATED STRAIGHT A''S AND B''S.
Description of Work: I CALLED THEM TO SEE IF THEY COULD FIND A LEAK UNDER THE HOUSE, AND THEY COULD NOT FIND IT. THEY DID TIGHTEN THE COMMODE, HOWEVER.

JOB WAS NOT COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION WITH THE FIRST VISIT. CALLED COMPANY AND THEY SENT ANOTHER PLUMBER TO COMPLETE THE JOB. REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR SHOWER PAN LEAK, BUT NEVER RECEIVED IT. THE FIRST PLUMBER ON SITE DID NOT APPEAR MOTIVATED TO DO THE JOB. COULD NOT PROPERLY CONNECT DISPOSAL TO WIRING. HAD TO CALL AN ELECTRICIAN, WHO STATED THE PLUMBER HAD INCORRECTLY WIRED THE DISPOSAL.
Description of Work: INSTALLED GARBAGE DISPOSAL. CHANGED FAUCET WASHERS IN KITCHEN AND BATHROOM.
