Description of Work: We had a lot of work done in our backyard to turn a very unusable eye sore into a beautiful landscaped space that we are proud of. Ostrom landscaping did a large amount of underbrush and small tree cleanup, edging to create nice large beds with fresh needles, over 3000 sq ft of sod installation and soil prep, and planted many landscaping trees, shrubs, flower bushes, etc. to soften up the space. We have been very pleased with their work and will continue to do business with Ostrom landscaping. We had two other landscaping companies also work on other areas in our backyard and I also received quotes from several more. These folks seem the most down to earth and want their customers to be happy with the end result. I felt like many others were constantly trying to up-sell us and some were just not professional or prompt enough for my liking. Dan and his crew are very punctual and professional and they focus on the job. We highly recommend them!

 + 1 moreFew words can describe what Dan accomplished in less than 2 days of work! We hired Dan based on the strong recommendation of a neighbor. He graded our backyard, hauled away all the weeds/shrubs from the grading process, mixed in fresh topsoil, created a timber border for a playground which was filled with cedar chip playground mulch, and seeded the new yard space. Our yard backs up to 40+ acres of woods. What Dan accomplished in less than 2 days time is a minor miracle. Simply stated, Dan gave my family an entirely new outdoor living space that we have thoroughly enjoyed in the few short weeks since he completed his work. Dan has officially made our shortlist of trusted individuals and companies.

 + 1 moreI am very pleased with their service. I can call or email them and they respond within a few days. I have a yearly contract which excludes the cost of aeration and seeding because the market cost varies. I tried a couple of other providers over the years but have found that Ostrom's pricing is very competitive and they provide good service.
Description of Work: I have used Ostrom's Lawn & Landscaping for approximately eight years. They provide complete year round lawn care including aeration and seeding.
