Jerry comes out is lovely, polite and very professional. They are nice to my dog and my dog loves him. Jerry, who is just great and should be commended. He is just a very sweet man.
Description of Work: Ive been using them for 4-5 years. They visit monthly for sprayiong and inspection inside and out. The price is for monthly service.

They usually give us a call the day before they service your home, to make sure it's convenient for you. If we have any problems, they will come out to take care of the problem at no extra charge.
Description of Work: I have this company treat the exterior and the interior of our home for pests on a bi-monthly basis.

Orkin is very responsive. When we have any kind of problems, they schedule Mike to come out right away. They are very good at working with our schedule. Mike is extremely helpful and courteous. It's been a pleasure working with him, and we are very pleased with the lack of pests in our new home. We've had problems with roaches, mice and every other pest you can think of and things have been handled well. We also live along a creek, and they've done a great job controlling the mosquitoes in our yard.
Description of Work: We have had a contract with Orkin for the past 3 years. They come out every other month regularly, and they spray for mosquitoes in the summer/fall months ($50/month). We've had several guys, but since we've had Mike, we've been very pleased.

LAST YEAR, FAIRLY SATISFACTORY. THIS YEAR, OLD SERVICEMAN LEFT COMPANY. CALLED FOR SERVICE, HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON, NO SHOW. RESCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY MORNING, AGAIN NO SHOW. CALLED, AND TOLD OFFICE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT.

IT COSTS $77 EACH TREATMENT AND I GET SIX EACH YEAR. MY BUG PROBLEM IS MUCH MORE UNDER CONTROL AS A RESULT. I HAVE NOT COMPARED THE PRICE SO I CANT RATE THE COST.. I HAD SOME SCHEDULING PROBLEMS AND IT TOOK SEVERAL VISITS TO GET MY AVAILABILITY SCHEDULE ACROSS TO THEM. THEY DID RETURN AT NO EXTRA CHARGE WHEN I WAS AVAILABLE FOR THE INSIDE TREATMENT. I THINK HES NOW GOTTEN THE MESSAGE.

GO ELSEWHERE!
Description of Work: PURCHASED A HOUSE COVERED BY AN ORKIN POLICY. DISCOVERED TERMITES AND CALLED FOR TREATMENT. UNRESPONSIVE. FINALLY SHOWED UP TWO WEEKS LATER AND TREATED, LEAVING SLOPPY, UNSIGHTLY PATCHES WHERE THEY DRILLED INTO THE MASONRY. CALLED TO TRANSFER POLICY AND THEY INSIST ON A $1000 TO $2000 CHARGE FOR RETREATMENT (EVEN THOUGH THEY JUST TREATED IT!) I''VE CALLED THREE TIMES AND THEY PROMISE TO HAVE SOMEONE RETURN THE CALL... BUT IT DOESN''T HAPPEN. ON ONE CALL, I DID GET A LECTURE ON CASH FLOW AND PROFITABILITY BEING THEIR PRIMARY MISSION.
