Oracle Renovations

Oracle Renovations were phenomenal contractors. Considering having a kitchen done before Thanksgiving and Christmas. They delivered exactly what they promised that we will have a working kitchen before Christmas. The General Contractor is well knowledgeable and how he scheduled all work sequentially worked so well in a proper fashion that we always had a functioning kitchen. The General Contractor and all the subcontractors that worked on the kitchen remodeling were always available and provided good sound advice when we needed their input. The owner of this business has good customer service. He always attended to our needs regarding the project and always told the different staff working on the project he wants the customer to be happy so he ensured the work was done to perfection. This business is extremely professional and have good technical abilities and craftsmanship compared to a lot of similar businesses. I have dealt with different remodeling businesses that failed to execute, so I am very pleased with Oracle services because they executed and surpassed our expectations. My husband and I will definitely hire them again for future project.

I had two projects going on, master bath and the kitchen. Sedin came in did his measurements for cabinets, talked through the changes to be made and made the project run seamless. He also took time out of his weekend to help my husband hook up the water filter, that turned out not be an east project. The range hood was redone and cabinet doors that look like they have been in the kitchen from the beginning. It was not an easy project but he helped get it completed. Sedin is a professional and I highly recommend him!

They did a great job. Stayed on schedule, came on time, cleaned up well and did great quality work at a reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier!

For as long as I live in Charlotte, I will never need to spend hours looking for a service, if it’s also offered by Oracle Renovations. Extremely professional and thorough. Very willing to explain the process. Really great experience all around.

We renovated our basement into office space, made a mini kitchen out of our laundry room, remodeled our kitchen and updated other areas of the house. Oracle was excellent in every aspect, from scheduling to installation. The craftsmanship was outstanding. Their main goal is to make the customer happy, and I am definitely a satisfied customer. It was a pleasure working with Sedin, I’m sure we’ll be using them again and again!

Fabulous! We first used Oracle for a renovation of our laundry room/mud room...custom shelving, cabinets, flooring, painting, shiplap. The results were so good that we used Oracle for a complete kitchen gut and renovation. New cabinets, counters, floor, paint, tile, appliances. The kitchen is so nice and all the contractors were so kind and performed to highest expectations. Have even used heating/Ac guy and electrician on projects since. At the end of the process...which is finished in short time frame, Sedin feels like a new family member!!

Everything went smoothly and work was done in a couple of days!! Can’t wait to work with him on our bathroom remodel!! Also while checking the plumbing he noticed the previous plumbing work was done incorrectly and it is what caused the pipe to burst. He is very knowledgeable about proper code for homes today! He will fix it when we remodel that bathroom.

The system installed on the wall to hold the weight of the shelves with bottles on them is strong enough to hold twice as much. I'm very pleased with the technique used and the great results.

Sedin, the owner of Oracle Renovations is fantastic. We knew generally what we wanted to have done and what our budget was. Sedin and his team worked with us to build out the vision and then he took it from there. They were at my house every day without exception. They have no limits in terms of skill or expertise. If you want it done they will do it and the quality is second to none. In my opinion if you are looking to have major or minor renovations to your home there is no question Oracle is your choice.

It was a small task that I needed help with even though Sedin usually does bigger projects. I was very pleased with his professionalism and will contact Oracle Renovations again in the future for similar and larger house repair / renovation needs.

Sedin, is great to work with. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and he can get the job done well. His craftsmanship is second to none and he is a perfectionist so you know when the project is complete it is done well. I am a believer that you get what you pay for and with Sedin you will pay a little more but the quality of work is top shelf.

I am an interior designer so most of the time I need custom work done. I'm always impressed by the willingness to not only do what I want, but by all of the detail that goes into the work. The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent and done with a good, respectful attitude. Also, punctuality and communication is important and that was good as well.

Sedin did an incredible job for us and is a very skilled craftsman! He was patient and worked with us to help us figure out exactly what renovations we wanted. Sedin is punctual, professional, hard working, and is a perfectionist with his work. We highly recommend him to others and we plan to have him work on future projects in our home!
