They did a great job, they were more interested and motivated to get our home sold than we were, spend a lot of time making sure I home would be market ready and ready to sale, had several open houses, helped us get the home staged as well. When we did get an offer from a somewhat difficult buyer they helped us to ensure we were treated fairly to make sure we weren't taken advantage of !

Michelle Lee and Kathy were very helpful in the selling of my house. They told me what updates would make it more appealing to buyers. I was not sure if I should sell as is for less or do the recommend updates, which were fresh neutral paint, new flooring, and updated countertops, but they believed I would get top dollar if I did and they were right. The team was patient and helpful throughout the process as I moved into my new senior living apartment and cleared out the house and had the updates done. They had contractors they recommend to do the work and they found a stager to do light staging and it made it look great even though it was empty. Once it was listed, it was under contract within 2 days at a higher price than I expected. Closing was delayed due to the buyers loan, but they kept me informed everyday as to the status. I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing to sell their home.

Wonderful- the area we were searching had very limited options, especially when looking over the holidays. The agent, Lee Bryant, did a fantastic job in helping us find a home in a great neighborhood. Definitely recommend to others
