 + 0 moreMark Nemitz was wonderful! His wife carefully coordinated his jobs and worked to fit his schedule to mine! Mark was extremely conscientious and helpful. I had many items on my list to get my house ready to sell and Mark methodically worked to get them all done. I was thrilled with his professional attitude, his work ethic, and the results of his work.
Description of Work: In preparing our house to sell, I needed many things done. Mark was the man for the various jobs. He fixed a ceiling fan/light kit to accommodate an on/off switch. He stabilized a rickety hand rail on the stairs. He raked the backyard and spread pine straw. He replaced posts and rails on a split rail fence and fixed the gates. He removed fallen trees and hauled the wood away. He fixed a door lock and replaced an exterior socket.

 + -1 moreAdam came out to give me an estimate on the same day that I called him. He was able to get all the work done in one day later that week. Every job was completed very well. He comes across as unorganized and a bit scattered at first, but everything went very smoothly and was done very well, so I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
Description of Work: Adam did several small projects at my house: fixing a damaged wall, replacing a damaged screen door, installing closet doors, changing the locks, fixing warped boards on the fence in the backyard, and replacing the dryer vent on the exterior of the house.

 + -1 moreMark came out and performed all agreed upon work (Gutter cleaning, pressure washing). He immediately started and did not stop until the work was completed. He also made sure that everything was cleaned up and put back in place before he left.

 + 1 moreI was amazed at how quickly Mark completed 3 inside tasks that had bothered me for months! He fixed a bathroom sink stopper, re-caulked the shower and tub, and replaced the front door sweep -- all in about 30 minutes. The he pressure washed the entire house, screened-in porch, front porch, sidewalk and steps. He is very knowledgeable in a LOT of areas, listened to what I needed, then went above and beyond. I will DEFINITELY use him again.
