OLD WORLD MARBLE & TILE

Due to schedule delays and some errors by other subs, George had to work long hours including the 4th of July holiday to get his part done. He was extremely quailty conscious throughout the project. He showed up when he said he would and communicated his progress. We had picked an accent tile for the bathroom that was not the same thickness as the main tiles. That required George to place each accent tile seperately carefully leveling each one by hand with the surrounding tiles. The process was tedious yet when it was finished you would never know that the tiles were different thicknesses. Overall we were impressed by George's attention to quality, workmanship and technical knowledge. The only criticism is that he overestimated the tiles required to complete both jobs. Fortunately we were able to return several boxes for refunds.

The experience was great. About four years ago they retiled the backslash in my kitchen and they did a really great job. I used them again because of that. His prices are very reasonable and his work is very good. He also will give you good ideas to do things. He is just a real nice guy and the people he has that work with him are really good.

George was very easy and enjoyable to work with on this project. He gave an accurate estimate and stuck to it. He gave references and took us to see some of his tile work in other houses. George does an excellent job and made our bathroom tile into a work of art. He is a perfectionist and does all of the work himself. We are very pleased and would hire George again. You may have to wait a few weeks to get on George's schedule because he is busy, but it is worth the wait.

George's work was excellent & very detailed. We chose a decorative tile with a pebble floor. He removed the old tub & all debris, & built a 2 person walk in shower which included building a wall out to create a surface for the shower door. He also built a custom shower niche. When the pebble design pieces for the shower walls were back ordered & not available on time, he worked with the leftover pieces from the pebble floor & made the design tiles himself- saving us money. He also laid the floor tile in a herringbone style. All surfaces were level & we've found no fault in his work at all. He & his team are very professional. I would highly recommend them to others as well as use them again.
