Oehler Pump & Well Service

My wife and I lost water to our house early one morning and we were not sure what to do. After searching for a short time we found Oehler's contact and he was at the house in about 2 hours. He had all the tools and parts we needed and before lunch we had our service back. He was very professional and nice to speak with. I recommend him to anyone.

Austin was very professional and explained exactly what the situation was and what he thought the best solution was. He then fixed my problem and made sure that everything was working fine before he left . He also replaced my filter cartridge which was above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.

Austin Oehler had everything he needed on the truck, and he was finished by 12:30. He was awesome. I highly recommend them!

Water flow stopped. He appeared very shortly after my call and began work replacing the burned-out pump. After pump replacement, he found the pressure low in the pressure tank. Being given the choice, due to the age of the system I opted to have the tank replaced, as well. He replaced associated hardware with the tank and finished before the end of the day. The only reason I gave a 'B' for quality is that he did not replace the well cap on which there was a broken flange. During a return trip, a discussion with him and a demonstration that the well cap seal itself was not compromised, I refused his offer to replace it. I perceived an honest, hard-working, well-meaning professional and would not hesitate to use Oehler again.

Called early AM and they arrived in 2 hours. Had to replace pump as well as the water tank but they were finished in 3 hours. I figured they'd have to order parts or go pick them up, but they had everything they needed with them! Thanks Oehlers!

Allston Oehler came out to diagnose the problem and give me estimates based on various scenarios from a cable break to a bad pump. I called around and got some estimates and they were all quite close. I chose to go with Oehler since they were the first ones I called for the estimate. Allston and a partner came a couple of weeks later and pulled the pump out and confirmed that the cable had worn out in a couple of places. They replaced it with 240 feet of armored cable. Hopefully the armored cable will last more that the 2 years that the previous non-armored cable had lasted. They spent about 3 hours on the job and charged me less than was quoted in the estimate. They left the job site clean and did not damage any of the plantings around the well.

Very good experience. They were very quick to respond. They were able to come the day I called them. The man was very knowledgeable and courteous. They were very well dressed for their line of work.

Responded immediately, worked through the day. and got us water by the end of the day. Warned ahead of time that in-well wiring might need replacement and how much that would add but when inspected decided that it should be okay, reducing the final bill.

It went great. When we contacted him, he was on another call. He called when he was done & arrived promptly after that. He quickly diagnosed the issue & had it repair in no time! Nice guy & I would definitely recommend him.

About 45 minutes after I called, Allston arrived and went right to work diagnosing the problem. As feared, the well pump had died. Within an hour he had pulled out the old one, replaced it with a new one; check all the wiring as he loaded the new pump into the well ; ran the pump for about 15 minutes to clear any debris/sand etc from the line and then buttoned everything back up. Interestingly, I had the bill and the receipt from the last time I had the pump replaced - 20 years ago! I got my money's worth out of that one, especially since the cost in 1996 was $650! Cost today? $1226. But Allston Oehler made it relatively painless with the excellent service. Highly recommend!

lost water pressure first thing on a Saturday morning, called around trying to find provider who would answer phone and be able to come out and diagnose problem and fix. Mr. Oehler responded and came out within the hour, confirmed pump was dead and needed to be replaced. we had water back within a couple of hours. would recommend highly.

We had been having some trouble with our well, and weren't sure what was causing our water to run out repeatedly. We contacted Allston with Oehler Pump and Well Service and made an appointment for him to come out and take a look. Since we still had some water at the time, we had to move our appointment to accommodate some of his other customers who were totally without water. As the day went on, we eventually ran completely out of water and Allston said he would come out that evening to take a look. Allston showed up right when he said he would, and inspected our pump and realized that it had died and we needed a new one. We were impressed with his thorough inspection, and he walked us through everything he was doing, He offered to replace our pump and the wires which were starting to go bad on the spot, even though it was getting late and we were running out of daylight. We really appreciate the effort he made to make sure we had running water that night. Allston was very professional, and a pleasure to work with. Should we have any more pump or well problems in the future, we know who to call!

We had been experiencing low water pressure from our well. I called Oehler Pump, and Austin came out the next day. He diagnosed the problem with the pressure tank, replaced it with a new one and our water is working better than it has in years. Extremely good communication, he kept me informed of when he would arrive, what was needed, and let me know what would be happening as he did the replacement. Could not have asked for better service. Would be my first choice for future service needs.

Amazing service. Easy to speak with. They made an appointment at my convenience and called before they arrived. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty switch in just a few minutes. The price was reasonable and fair. Especially considering how quickly they came and completed the repair.

Came back from vacation to find I had no water and no pressure at the silt filter. He pulled pump and found it was working but the connection at the top was cracked causing lost pressure. Since pump was 20 yrs old I decided to just replace it. Work completed that day. Went over installation and examined existing set up. Very satisfied.

Checked our well because we had low water pressure in the house. They installed a new water pressure switch. Will definitely use them again if we have any problems. Very honest, and respectable.

This was a non-emergency issue - pressure coming and going . Upstairs shower and toilet getting very low water pressure. Called and spoke with Mr. Oehler. And even though it was a non-emergency situation, he was there within an hour of my call. He quickly diagnosed my problem - a leaking pressure tank and a bad pressure switch. He had everything required for the job on his truck and replaced the parts and had it completed and ready to go in less than an hour. Very courteous, very professional and the service could not have been quicker. Oehler pump and well will be my first call whenever I have issues with my well.

My water went out unexpectedly in the middle of the day. I called Oehler Pump & Well Service at around 12:30. They were at my house within two hours and immediately found the problem: ants had tried to build a nest inside the electrical switch and completely shorted it out! The technician had the part in his truck and promptly replace it. Service was prompt, polite, and professional.

Oehler responded quickly when our well went out. They determined the pump, which was quite old, was dead. We removed the old pump and pipe. I was warned in advance that the pipe would break during removal (which it did). They upgraded the pipe, wiring and pump at my request and completed the work quickly. I believe we were charged a very fair price for the work and parts.
