+ -1 moreIt went poorly. The staff did not inform me of the backlog when I dropped off the tool. After almost 6 weeks, I chose to just pick up the trimmers and take them elsewhere.
Description of Work: They were tasked with repairing hedge trimmers.

+ -1 moreWHEN WE DROPPED OFF THE MOWER, THEY SAID IT WOULD BE 2 WEEKS BEFORE IT WOULD BE READY. THEY ALSO SAID THEY WOULD CALL TO CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS/COST BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE SERVICE (THEY NEVER CALLED WITH THE DIAGNOSIS). THE MOWER WAS NOT READY FOR 4 WEEKS. MEANWHILE, WE PAID NEARLY $200 TO HAVE OUR LAWN SERVICED DURING THAT TIME. I MADE PHONE CALLS AT WEEK 2, 3, AND 4. DURING THE WEEK 4 CALL, THE MAN ON THE PHONE SAID THAT HE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE I GOT THE IDEA THAT IT WOULD BE JUST 2 WEEKS. OUR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS DELIVERED THEIR MOWER TO THIS STORE FOR SERVICE A FEW DAYS AFTER WE DID. THEY WERE ALSO TOLD THAT IT WOULD ONLY BE 2 WEEKS. (THEIR MOWER STILL ISN'T READY YET!). WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE MOWER, THEY REPORTED THAT THEY HAD BROKEN THE HAND BRAKE OFF AND WERE WAITING ON THE PART. THEY DELIVERED IT THE NEXT DAY. HAD WE KNOWN THAT IT WOULD TAKE TWICE AS LONG AS PROMISED AND COST US SO MUCH IN HAVING THE LAWN SERVICED, WE WOULD HAVE BOUGHT A NEW MOWER.
Description of Work: OUR GAS MOWER WAS LEAKING FUEL. THEY REPLACED THE GAS TANK ON OUR MOWER. THEY FIXED THE HAND BRAKE THAT THEY BROKE WHILE SERVICING OUR MOWER.
