 + -1 moreNorman was extremely thorough, documenting and taking photos of every single thing he found that was imperfect about each house. As buyers, it was very helpful to know about everything up front so we could better negotiate with the sellers and get as much resolved ahead of time as possible. He was also able to determine during the reinspection that the repair work they did was pretty terrible, and certainly not performed by licensed contractors. We appreciate his honesty and professionalism. We highly recommend him and will certainly use his services again if we are ever in need.
Description of Work: We had Norman do inspections on two houses that we went under contract with. He also did a reinspection prior to closing to determine if the sellers repaired the agreed upon items.
