I have two Ring doorbells and Amazon Dot Alexa devices. These got messed up when I had to change my Wi-Fi password. I also have two digital photo frames that stopped working. Mike got everything up and running in one quick visit. He also showed me how to use Face ID on my iPhone and convinced me to take advantage of that technology. I was skeptical at first but now I think it’s great. I really appreciate having a resource that’s up to date on all the latest technology.

It went great. I have used Mike for 6 years now and always solves my problems. I am a senior citizen and cant figure out things on my own. Mike always solves the problem and get me back on track. I wouldn't let just anyone in my house and into my computer with all the bad things that happen these days.

I needed a laptop and didn’t want to give up my desktop. I like the larger screen, full keyboard, and using a mouse. I have always worked at my desk with my papers and files close at hand. Mike came up with the perfect solution. He replaced my desktop with powerful new laptop that connected to rest of the system through a single cable. The same cable would also keep the laptop fully charged. Now I have the best of both worlds. I can work at the desk in comfortable surrounding while home, and go on the road to my vacation home and visit family using the same computer . At home, the computer is tucked away out of sight so It looks and feels just like the old desktop.He also transferred everything from the old machine so it looks and feels exactly the same. The only thing different is that the new computer is much faster.

Mike was great. He quickly figured out my issue and made the necessary adjustments. Would highly recommend him. It was very easy to schedule the appointment and he arrived right on time.

Very punctual. Called within a one hour from my email (on a Saturday) and we set an appointment. Very knowledgeable. Got some info from me about my problem. Checked my whole system and corrected the problem within an hour (i have complicated system). I was very impressed with Mike (owner) and will definitely call him again with any computer system issue. I would highly recommend him because of punctuality, knowledge, pricing and ability to solve my problem. Best service and price that I have had.

This may seem trivial, but it isn’t. I have a desktop computer, a wireless printer, three roku streaming media players, an iPad, two iPhones, two Ring Pro video doorbells, and a surveillance system. These all connect to my mesh whole house Wi-Fi setup. They all needed to be updated to the new password and tested to make sure everything still worked together. Mike did so with very little effort on my part. I wasn’t present for most of the work, but felt comfortable giving Mike access to the premises as I had on numerous other occasions. He is honest, dependable, knowledgeable, and always gets the job done. He did the same thing at my lake house. The network there wasn’t as complicated, but the old password didn’t work anymore. I thought the router needed to be replaced, but Mike did a factory reset and now everything works fine. I just had to give him the combination to my keypad and he did the work by himself unattended.

Mike really knows his stuff. Very polite professional and knowledgeable. Easy to work with. I would definitely hire him again. I highly recommend him!

It was a great experience. Mike helped me select a good product and then set it up with Microsoft Office and Internet security. This was a bit challenging as she lives in AZ and we are in Charlotte, NC. Mike was able to migrate all the data from her old computer remotely. This was all done with no glitches. I have used Mike several times in the last 5 years as he always goes above and beyond to patiently help me.

Mike has been my technology guru for over ten years. In that time he installed and fixed my computers and printers. When I got an iPad, he set me up with wireless. When I wanted Netflix, I called him and now I can stream from anywhere in the house. My friend recently convinced me that I needed a video doorbell, and maybe some other smart home devices. Her son just happens to work for a company that specializes in home automation so I called them. They were expensive and their sales rep was pushy. He tried to sell me a bunch of services and equipment I didn't think I needed. I decided to call Mike and asked for his advice. He recommended a Ring Doorbell, a robovac, and a simple surveillance system. He purchased and installed the equipment for a fraction of the price I was previously quoted. He also added a few light switches that work on timers and voice commands. All this stuff is simple to use even for non-techies like me. It can also be accessed from my smart phone which is great especially when I'm away. Imagine, I can vacuum my house while on vacation. I love my semi-smart home and am so thankful I thought of Mike for this project.

We enjoyed meeting with Mike! He was very prompt in getting to our home and got right to work figuring out what was going on with our desk top home computer. He was very methodical in diagnosing what was wrong, and then got right to work in coming up with a plan to fix. He was able to retrieve the information from our hard drive and discussed with us what the best decision for us to do. Our computer was about 7-8 years old and the suggestion was to get a new computer. Mike went to the Best Buy website and even helped us figure out which new computer to purchase that was within our budget. He bought it, picked it up, loaded the new one with programs we use and brought it back the next day and set it up at our home. He went over any questions we had, showed us a few things that were new on this version, and said to contact him with any questions we had. All in all, it was the best decision we made! You won’t regret going with him for any computer problems that you are having.

Mike was just the person I needed. He was very professional; extremely knowledgeable, patient, and determined to do all that was required; and he accomplished it. He even communicated by email afterwards when I needed help with a web site. I would recommend him in the highest terms!

Mike has come to our rescue several times. He's very responsive by phone and comes when he says he will. He's patient with those of us who are marginally computer literate.Willing to suggest optional fixes for us to try without having to buy new gear. We will no doubt need him again!
