+ -1 moreI liked the roofer?s professionalism and the quality of his work. He came and fixed the problem even though we never told him exactly what we needed. He knew about the problem based on his assessment of the roof. He knew what needed to be done and didn?t try to replace the whole roof. His service guy didn?t necessarily see what the issue was and ultimately the owner of the company came out about 30 minutes later. So the owner knew exactly what needed to be done based on his experience and addressed those issues. He was prompt and we would definitely use his services in the future too.
Description of Work: We used the services of Northern Construction about two weeks ago for repairing some areas on the roof where the work wasn’t done properly when the roof was installed initially. The shingles were overlapping near the corners. So the roofer repaired those areas for us as well as some other areas around the roof in order to avoid any leaks.

+ 2 moreWe got to know Ryan and Mark, and their high work ethic, during the construction and the painting of our screened porch. They worked as though they were doing this addition to their own homes, and took extra care to match the existing siding and style of our home. Our homeowner association had no problem with the plan Ryan developed; which is amazing when dealing with these sometimes ultra picky organizations. There was never a time that we did not feel the utmost trust in the quality of the work being done, or the people who came to our home each day. These men communicate well, and inspire confidence in their expertise. Some companies hire itinerant workers, who may not be trustworthy around the family and property, but that is not an issue with this company.
Description of Work: Ryan March and Mark Donato built a roofed screen porch for our home earlier in the year (cost: $5475 - labor and materials), and came back to do the painting after the exterior wood cured. Because we opted to wait for several months to have the porch painted, it was necessary to remove the screening, and replace it so the paint would not damage the new screen. Ryan and Mark came when they promised, and were done with the painting and rescreening within 2 days. This involved taping and tarping any area which could be damaged by overspray. They worked during an extreme heat wave, and did an expert job. They stayed within the cost estimate, on both jobs, and also recommended a reliable electrician to run extra power for lighting and a fan. During the porch construction, they secured the necessary building permits and passed each inspection with flying colors. The county inspectors seemed impressed with the fine quality of their work.
